We were very excited to partner with WW for our new homebuyer needs. Our rep was energetic and friendly and it appeared that it was going to be a great relationship. That's pretty much where the positive stops. I know that the virus has upended a lot right now, but the issues we've had with WW have gone far, far beyond what is acceptable. They didn't mail our first 2 months (April and May), which I can understand (sort of), but didn't bother to tell us that they weren't getting mailed - that is unacceptable. They furloughed our rep, haven't replaced her and didn't tell us they were doing that - which left me to deal with customer service. Their customer service director is friendly on the phone, but has major issues with follow through. I've been asking for months for hard copies of our mailings and have yet to get one despite repeatedly being told they were/are etc being mailed. They don't follow through on what they promise. Their mailing timelines, artwork deadlines etc are confusing. The staff is unprofessional and despite asking direct, simple questions I rarely get the answers I'm seeking. Needless to say, I wish we had never experienced this company and I cannot wait to be done with our contract. We will never use them again.

We have not received any business from this except 1 guest. It is way to costly for no return. You are locked into a contract for the length of time.
The ad ran later then the expiration date.
I would not recommend using them for your business.

Year long contract? What a joke, Facebook or mail drops are way cheaper, factor in what they are “advising” you to give away, and you end up with advertising of 124 a month end up being 500 a month minimum. You can mail drop 16,000 address for 800.

Welcome Wagon was a great way for us to get important information out about our services, to new homeowners in our service area.
They were great and very helpful with getting the ad that we wanted to do.
So far so good. Nothing negative to say at this point. I’m going to hold my opinion until after the marketing starts.

We have been signed up with welcome wagon since December, with our first ad running January 2nd. Paying $200/mo (on the first mind you. God forbid they can give you a date when ALL bills aren't due). Haven't recieved a single phone call in just over one month.
You'd think if ads for 20% off of cleaning services were going out, we'd be getting loads of calls. No cleaning companies in the area are offering that much off! But no, not one call.
Meanwhile, my $800/yr BNI campaign we just started has already netted us 3 regulars in one month.
Don't waste your money. Wish I would have done further research but I felt pressured to do this thing quickly.
