I tried to order a complete set but your website did not give me that option so I tried what it would allow me to do and I thought something wrong because the price was too low and when I recieved the order yesterday it was as I feared only one piece of what I wanted !!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we take our customer service very seriously so have investigated your order to see how we can improve.
On checking your order I can see that the product is clearly titled "Torch for Manual Chain Driven Pipe Cutting Machine" which is what was supplied.
We can understand your frustration but feel a 1* review is unfair given the product is appropriately named, described and priced. We also do have live chat, email and phone lines available if you were unsure but no query was received.
We do supply the complete machine for £542.31
If you would like to return the torch you ordered, we will discount the £52.00 already paid from the cost of the machine.

Shipping.
I like your shop, but I was not happy to discover that the shipping costs were not clearly mentioned when placing the order. There was no indication of any additional shipping fees, and then 1–2 days later I received an email saying I had to pay €34 for shipping.
It would be much better if the shipping costs were clearly included or shown during the checkout process.

We can understand that international shipping charges can be frustrating but unfortunately with the number of variables there are across our products ranges and the customers end user points, its impossible to predict exact shipping costs internationally without us first enquiring with our logistics partner.
Although this does mean one of our customer service teams needs to provide assistance, we have made it clear as possible in our checkout process that international shipping rates will need to be confirmed after the order is placed.

Please note that our business was closed for UK Christmas and New Year holidays from 23 December to 5 January (today), during which time orders were not processed or dispatched.
Additionally, international orders require shipping costs to be confirmed and paid before dispatch. As this payment has not yet been completed, your order has not shipped.
Our customer service team is contacting you today to confirm the shipping cost so this can be resolved promptly. Once shipping is paid, orders are dispatched the same day, with delivery time depending solely on international transit from the UK to Israel.
