One star is being generous
One star is being generous. The items are sent from China, take about 3 weeks and are not worth a quarter of what you paid for them. The material is poor and the cut is not as shown in the pictures. Then when you ask to return them they ignore you. 3 emails over 3 weeks and not a word by way of reply.

Ordered a Lorenzo leather jacket which is described as, well, being leather. Reduced from £199 to £49.99. They say they will refund and reply within 24 hours. They have not. Avoid this company.

Lorenzo "leather" jacket - actually all man-made, poor quality and inaccurate sizing.
Very poor customer service, no telephone support, web chat only, can't help and just says that can't exchange or refund as sale items are not included in their inexplicable refund policy...very poor quality and best avoided. Had to take through Paypal dispute
