What started in 1921 as a pharmaceutical laboratory, with its own plant garden, is today a world-leading manufacturer of certified natural by NATRUE personal care. Our founder, Dr. Rudolf Steiner along with Dr. Ita Wegman, and a team of scientists created the first synergistic products orchestrated to reconnect the body with its natural rhythms. Today, Weleda is represented in over 50 countries on all five continents. The three main sites are still where Weleda’s history began: in Arlesheim, near Basel in Switzerland; in Schwäbisch Gmünd near Stuttgart in Germany and in the French city of Huningue, Alsace. From these bases – and from our company branches the world over – Weleda produces hundreds of natural cosmetics and thousands of pharmaceuticals, still partly produced from medicinal plants of our own gardens. Responsible dealings with both nature and people have always formed part of our business, ever since Rudolf Steiner articulated his vision of a company completely at the service of human beings and the world as a whole. Whether it’s through fair trade, biodynamic cultivation or the supportive development of our employees – sustainability is part of our roots.

A lot of us rely on their copper ointment. Really works on painful cramps unlike anything else. It’s been out of production for practically all of 2026 at least with the reason given as they were moving production plants. Was promised coming back into production in July but Still can’t get hold of it… it now says out of stock! My guess is they did not produce enough in the first batch since moving plant even though that a lot of us been waiting desperately for it. Instead of ensuring Stock of favourites and Staples, they have decided to concentrate on new products that how much regular customers are valued by them … extremely frustrated

Horrible company. My wife was introduced to this company by a work colleague, probably around 2015. She was an advance Nurse Practitioner who loved her job. As with her Nursing she threw herself into the 'well-being' love to all BS, selling their overpriced products to friends and family and even going/paying to go to their 'retreat' in Spain to fed more BS about the crap and products they sell. She was working full time and was going to see her 'mentor' whatever they call the next person up in this pyramid selling scheme, after work, not coming home till after 9 o'clock on some occasions having left at 7am. In September 2019 she crashed and burned, is now in a wheelchair with a Neurological disorder. Whilst obviously I can't connect the 2 the only contact she has had from these people who were her 'friends', lovely cuddly well-being frauds is asking if she wants to renew her membership and that was six years ago. No more well being, no more love to all, no support whatsoever. Scammers
I bought some Weleda skin care, it cost me a fortune and the pump does not work.

I have a beauty salon and do lots of facials. I was recommend by a friend to use the weleda skin food and got dry skin and red rash . Started using in for my hands , but few weeks ago I had a facial client with a red rash on her face and when I asked her for her product she said she is using weleda
Today out of the blue another client with severe red rash on the face mentioned her skin is extremely dry and she is finishing her weleda skin food ... is that a coincidence? I dont think so. This product should be banned!!!!!

I have VERY sensitive skin on my face and your products are the only ones I can use where my skin feels fresh and doesn’t burn and cause a rash

I’m using Weleda products for around 6 years. And what can I say, for me it works brilliant. They have high quality products

I especially love their skin food, i've been using it on off these years and i just bought their rose oil, great product and the price is reasonable for a 100ml bottle. I also got some samples which i'm keen to try.

Been using Weleda body lotion for about a year now, but finding it very hard to find where to buy it now. First bought it in Boots, they no longer sell this item. Superdrug the same. Holland & Barrett never seem to have it in stock and even on Weleda’s own website I have trouble finding it as well as their site seems to be down a long. Will probably search for a different product now, cause it’s been frustrating in trying to find this.

Really surprised to see poor reviews for customer service as my experience last week was great. I had emailed re a product that I wanted to purchase for a gift but was no longer on website. Customer service rang me to say it was because of a new look & packaging & it wasn’t up on the website yet. However they had some in the warehouse & would take my order on phone if that suited me, which it did. Fantastic!

Weleda product used to be great in my experience, but recent purchase showed that the ingredients have changed. The products made everyone in the family have very dry skin. Customer service from weleda is non-existent - I sent a few emails and used their website contact form several times, but never got any response. I will definitely not be buying any Weleda products again.
Great products but shame about the customer service!! I have been a loyal customer of Weleda for decades and have introduced friends and family to their products over the years, especially the skin food range. I was looking some moisturiser and noticed that on the Weleda website they were doing a free gift if you bought two products from the skin food range. So I got straight on and bought a skin food body care set and a night face cream. Looking forward to my package arriving with my free gift, I was shocked when I opened the parcel to find the gift missing. I then messaged customers sales to explain the situation and I go zero response, so a few days later I messaged again as I understand things happen. To my shock I was informed that because I hadn't spent £50 I didn't get the gift. I double checked the website and there was no mention of a minimum spend. I message back with a screenshot of the promotion, asking where does it say I needed to spend £50, to my double shock I then got told that I didn't need to spend £50 but because one of my products was a set, it was not classified as a product!!! Once again I messaged back saying that I was extremely disappointed but nowhere in the promotion does it state that sets are excluded. I honestly never thought Weleda would be so unprofessional and just make up the rules as they go along. It is false advertising and buyers need to be made aware of what they are doing. I dealt with Nicola Bentley and I felt that she just fobbed me off and was very blase about the whole situation. Unfortunately you have lost a very loyal customer over something that could have been sorted and dealt with very easily and in a manner appropriate with what I thought was a professional company. I hope for future customers you either change your wording or stay true to what you advertise.
Have to say we’ve not ordered directly from the website, but the products are amazing. Natural ingredients that work really well.

I have been using this brand for about 20 years now. I used it for my baby's dry skin, my stretch marks and the Weleda skin food for my recent dry skin rashes. I love the smell of the products, the ethos, the ethics of the company. Recommend heartily.
While it’s somewhat ok on parts of my skin (neck, arms) this is definitely not a product for the face. It made my skin dry and flared up my eczema which I haven’t experienced before using it.
I've used Weleda as long as I can remember! Absolutely beautiful products, gorgeous scents, great packaging. I definitely recommend this for sensitive skin also 💚
I love this brand! Most of their products are very good for sensitive and demanding skin. I highly recommend for those with atopic skin!
Super moisturising and like a drink for your skin. Highly recommend
