I worked as a programmer at a security company and also installed and configured security systems. Of all the systems I’ve worked with, Ajax is the most user-friendly. The app is intuitive, setup is straightforward, and managing devices is convenient.

Based on my experience, I’d give Ajax 10/10. The best security system I’ve worked with!

I have been a Integrated security installer for over 40 years and fitted everything from Scantronic/Menvier/Texacom etc and Hik/Uniview/Dahua etc on Cctv and tbh i don't normally bother with reviews but I have to say this Ajax kit is brilliant and its backed up by what I would say is THE best technical support team. Really can't praise their equipment and back-up enough. For years we we're fitting Pyronix Enforcers in domestics and gradually getting more and more glitches with it but now we fit everything Ajax from intruder to cctv and really can't fault it 👍🏻

Great products and great support! I have had their products for around 6 years and they have worked great. I even recommended it to some of my relatives when they were going to buy home security. Recently when one of them got a problem with their login, their technical support team were of great help. I will definitely be buying more products when it is time to move again or to cover some areas.

Great app, with very helpfull supportteam behind it. My problem with not being able to access the old email, but having to reset the app was possible, whithout any major issues.

My Experience with Ajax Security Cameras – Excellent Quality and Outstanding Customer Support

I live in the Netherlands, and when choosing my Ajax security cameras, what initially attracted me was the possibility of continuous recording and the flexibility to store video footage both locally and on an SD card.

Even if you choose a more budget-friendly setup consisting of a camera, the appropriate cable, and an SD card, it is still an excellent and high-quality security solution at a reasonable price.

The mobile app is easy to install and works smoothly and reliably. At night, when motion is detected, the camera provides sufficiently bright illumination and captures clear footage, even in complete darkness and from a distance.

However, what impressed me most was the exceptional customer support and technical assistance I received.

As someone living in the Netherlands, I was genuinely surprised and delighted by the level of service provided by Ajax. When I was selecting my camera, I was able to consult directly with the support team, who guided me through the entire process of choosing the right cable for my specific camera model.

They helped me identify the most suitable solution, so all I needed to do was hire someone to drill a few holes to route the cable from my modem into the room and then from the room to the outside, as I had decided to mount one of the cameras indoors.

After that, I installed the app and configured everything myself.

The instructions are exceptionally detailed, clear, and easy to follow, even for someone with virtually no technical knowledge, like me.

Later, I had additional questions about recording and downloading video footage because an unauthorised person had entered my property, and I needed the recordings as evidence for the police.

I was able to explore different options: downloading footage with or without sound, saving short video clips directly to my phone, recording the screen, or capturing the footage remotely on a computer. Since my phone did not have enough available storage space, recording the footage on my computer turned out to be the most suitable solution for me.

Throughout this process, I received outstanding support. The customer service team responded incredibly quickly — honestly, sometimes it felt as though they never sleep! 😊

Their assistance was not only fast but also highly professional and personalised. They even considered different solutions specifically for my phone model to help me find the most practical way to save the recordings.

I am genuinely impressed by the quality of both the product and the customer service.

Ajax Security offers a level of professionalism and reliability that I would confidently recommend not only to businesses but also to anyone looking for a dependable security solution for their home.

The AJAX home alarm WiFi system is excellent. I actually installed it myself without any issue and so far it seems to be a robust and reliable system. Any queries I had with their support guys were dealt with promptly and they responded with clear step by step instructions.

I’ve had the system 6 months now and it seems to be very reliable. The iPhone app is straightforward to use and you only receive necessary notifications and alarms. Would highly recommend.
