I have never seen a customer service like this. About Ajax I already know the alarm for I while. This is my second alarm, cause I cannot complain about the system. Btw, 5 star! I got support for users for my wife for transmitter.

We use Ajax cameras and recorder since half a year.
Until now everything works fine.
Two things are very good namely that they do not ask for a monthly fee and that there are regular software updates.
We did not need to contact their service, i.e. we cannot judge the quality of the service.

I have been selling and installing Ajax products in Australia for some time, i have been in the security industry for over 26 years and worked with many brands across the Alarm and CCTV sector but since using Ajax not only my team love the products cause of the simplicity to install and program as well as the support team at Ajax always there to help when we come across something we don't know compared to other products but my customers are totally loving the simple to use system and have customers coming back adding devices because of how good it is.

I have been using the Ajax security system since 2013! The system is constantly evolving, and I am extremely satisfied with its performance. I would especially like to highlight the customer support team — great job! Keep it up!

This is what you call a proper customer service experience. Not here we go now try figure it out yourself. This service agent went the extra step and made sure that I was actually full sorted. If anyway wonders what a proper level of customer service means, then this is the benchmark.

I needed some advice on of the Ajax products and thought let’s get in touch with their service team through the APP.
To be honest I was not expecting any feedback within 24/48h as it was not an urgent request. The Service team responded within the hour !!

Great system, user friendly, very good quality of video. One big improvement to make (for my case): an app for the iPad.

Had not heard of the brand but it was recommended by a local alarm company.
Can use app, fob or keypad to arm/disarm.
Very neat and 6 months in, seems to work perfectly.

​I have been using the Ajax system (hub, keypad, and three motion sensors, including one with a built-in photo camera) and overall my experience has been very good.
​Pros:
​Reliability & Security: The system operates smoothly and immediately alerts me to any unusual events, such as the main unit being unplugged from power or a low battery.
​App: Extremely clear, stable, and easy to use.
​Mounting tip (the only drawback):
The included adhesive tapes feel very strong at first, but after 3–4 months, my sensors fell off the wall. I strongly recommend mounting them using screws right from the start.
Despite this minor detail, the equipment is top-notch and highly recommended. Also, be careful during installation, as a small piece of the rear cover flap chipped off because the plastic is a bit brittle.

I've had the Ajax alarm system and doorbell installed for many years. If I ever have an issue the support team are super responsive and really helpful and always suggests a fix to the issue with clear instructions. I genuinely wouldn't use any other system - its great in every aspect.

The system is relatively affordable, easy to set up. It has great adaptability to many different environments and user needs.
The components are qute solid and easy to maintain. The dedicated radio connection is sufficiently powerful to be operated without interference or degradation also at a distance from home. The app is simple and reliable; it's easy to add or remove elements at any moment.
