Very user-friendly mobile app and highly configurable, making it easy to adjust the system to our needs and arm different areas of the house separately.
The Ajax system was easily installed by a distributor, and when I later decided to protect the outside areas of my home, there was always a solution available to meet our requirements.
The only downside is that one of the outdoor devices is sometimes triggered by neighbourhood cats.

We needed support to resolve an issue with equipment installed on our client network, and the response was quick and comprehensive, which helped us resolve the problems. We are very satisfied with the support service from the Axax team.

Overall the experience is very good. The installed alarm system on my place have never failed so far. No false alarms or so. Although, I am not much satisfied with the keyboard. I would recommend an indication of the numbers being pressed when you enter your password or an addition of a small screen where you would be able to see the pressed numbers (or hidden with bullets, at least to be sure that you pressed them). Also, the existing speaker on the keyboard to be able to notify you for at least the opening/closing of the main entrance.

Didn't need support so far, my system and the app is working perfectly.

My review is in two parts.
The good - we had a problem with the audible alarm being triggered by movement in a monitored area even though the system was disarmed.
It didn't make sense to us so we reported the problem and Support responded very quickly with several suggestions depending on our system settings, one of which solved the problem immediately.
Very impressive.
The "sort of" bad - we have had the same alarm system for over 20 years so when our existing system required changing, our security guy installed the Ajax system.
Everything is similar except the keypads and we don't like them at all.
Just a personal non-preference as we are not used to app based programs to arm and disarm the system as we have always done that on the keypad, we find the keypad hard to use and the app hard to remember to arm.
But maybe that is just us.

Overall, very good system, very easy to use , also with good customer support. Main issue for me is the "door protect " devices qualty, they are not reliable enough (remaining in open or close state while door has changed position ) and I had to change several if a short time frame.

Very impressed with the level of service and customer support of this company. The home security system is easy to use and reliable. When we required assistance with changing the batteries, the Technical Support Department was prompt in responding to emails and provided answers to our queries with detailed explanations and links (including diagrams). Highly recommend.

I needed Ajax technical support for a configuration issue... they were very fast and efficient, solving my problem excellently!

The system is easy to use particularly being able to set and unset from mobile phone, Apple watch etc. The downside for us is the fitter maintained the role of administrator for the system and we have been unable to get an explanation as to why he still has overall control of our alarm!

Alex Tom, the sales person, did a great jod explaining the system and the various options. It is well installed and user-friendly to use.

planning to buy a baseline Ajax system. Had some questions to the support. was extremely helpful, very fast and friendly. this makes me feel very confident about the company and the system. very trustworthy.
