Do NOT under any circumstances order from this company, in fact don't even click on their booster coffee ad to start with. It keeps coming up with continuos extra pop up that you can decline or accept for other products. If you decline it comes up with more... and more.
In the end without having even reached the final confirmation of order page, and even if you go back to beginning and get out of it - you will be charged. Not just for one order but for two. Their website has black marketing whereby you pay even when you've not confirmed.
When you email the company for a refund, even when done within 5 mins of placing the order, they tell you the product has already been despatched so the cannot issue a refund.
In NZ we have the Consumer Guarantees Act which means everyone is entitled to a refund if something is not fit for purpose or done in error. This company does not even honour that.
Just don't visit their site to start with.
I've since learned they trade under many names and products as well when it comes to their advertising.
I'm still going through the motions with themto get my money back but it's looking like I'm going to have to report them to our Financial Ombudsman in NZ, and the Commerce Commission to get anywhere.
