Wellfounded has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my business. Hugh and his team have been incredible to work with, and I’m genuinely glad I found them.

When I first spoke with Hugh, I was barely hitting $10k months. A lot of people in The Agency coaching/consultancy space talk a lot of smack. What really impressed me about Hughes approach is it felt extremely human and real. We are on track to implementing systems that can drive us to over $100,000 a month more so what’s super impressive is that much of the support provided? Free of charge in the beginning was better than a lot of the programs that we have paid money for I think for anybody looking for a genuine approach to how to grow an agency in 2026. The insights provided within well founded absolutely second to none. I am sure that as this program continues to grow and do big things. The environment will scale but I can see this transforming hundreds of agencies globally. I also like that we get to interact with others on the journey as well. It helps provide confidence when the negativity can sometimes start to creep in and I say that as someone that’s at the higher end of agency establishment.

The wellfounded team has seriously changed my life. Looking back i had fully settled from the constant grind and just getting by and not thinking that there was a way out. After implementing everything the team told me to do i am now making more money than i ever have. At this time 11k usd a month at 21 yrs old. I'm able to re invest into the biz since the margins are so good with systems and AI so i can continue to scale. With what the boys have given me in both mindset & strategy will without a doubt get me to doing over 100k months next year with 90% profit margins!
