Delivery was very slow and the…
Delivery was very slow and the experience was very disappointing. I received an email saying my parcel was out for delivery on the 12th, so I stayed home all day waiting, but it never arrived. The same thing happened again on the 13th.
The parcel finally arrived on the 14th. However, the delivery person didn’t even knock on my door and simply left the package outside. The collagen powder was not wrapped or protected and was just left in its box where anyone could have taken it.
Overall, I’m very unhappy with the delivery service and the lack of care taken with the package.
