Order not received…Two months after…

Order not received…Two months after ordering and they did not respond to emails and messages on social media until I flagged the transaction with my banks. They then sent an email apologizing with the same we will send it in a week with 50 dollar gift . Then they sent me a tracking number and then it said usps was returning whatever they claimed was sent because of incomplete address - on their side. Two weeks later , still nothing. I am reporting this as a scam to my credit card company because I honestly believe it is.

I ordered their 6-pack of classic…

I ordered their 6-pack of classic wellingtons on January 14, in anticipation of making them for Valentine’s Day. February 14th came and went, no communication, no product. They finally sent an email claiming they had too many orders and that it should arrive by February 19th and that if we still wanted the order they should add a $50 worth of additional items. I replied I still would like my order. February 19th came and went. No communication. I emailed Arla, the CEO on the 24th to ask where was my order? No response. I emailed again on the 26th asking for a refund. They shipped the order after I sent the email late that afternoon (UPS has the tracking information). They arrived thawed and unsafe to eat - and also without the $50 added items they promised. So all in all, would not recommend Wellingtons LA. They’re not ready for prime time and it’s just marketing and potentially a scam, as I have read in other online reviews that the product is below par (tough small piece of meat, with little mushroom duxelle and amateurish “puff” pastry). STAY AWAY from Wellingtons LA.

Never received my order

Never received my order. They first told me it was delayed. Then said it was delayed again. Never came and there is no customer service number and no way to get a refund.

These were terrific…

These were terrific. I’m surprised at the bad reviews. Very satisfied with the products and the delivery. The small are definitely for appetizers only. Even the cheeseburger type was fantastic. Will order again

Terrible experience with Wellingtons…

Terrible experience with Wellingtons LA. I placed my order on Nov 10th in plenty of time for Xmas arrival. Did not receive any communication or shipping notice until I asked for it by email (twice). Was sent a shipping link that showed shipment was never delivered to FEDEX (only the label had been created). Emailed them again without any response. On the day I was supposed to receive the order, I got an email letting me know there was a glitching their system and I would not be receiving my order. UGH Never ordering from them again.

Not a Good eating Experience

Unlike other reviews, my order was received on time and cold/frozen. However, the meat in the beef sliders, mini beef wellys, and the full size beef wellington was of HORRIBLE, Low Quality. Welly burgers not much better.
The sliders were like rocks, the mini wellys were tough, and the individual beef wellington had a lot of unchewable gristle. Some of the Worst quality beef I've had! I should note that I like my meat rare to medium rare. So I don't cook them as long as Wellington's advised. Still, the meat was overdone and I ended up throwing most of it out.
The Buffalo chicken bites were okay. The turkey and egg breakfast sausage was dry but okay. The Nutella pastry was okay but too sweet for me.
I had also sent the individual beef Wellingtons to a family member as a gift and their feedback was "polite". Clearly they weren't impressed.
I will not be ordering anything again.

Worst on line experience ever Ordered…

Worst on line experience ever Ordered the food (spent more on the shipping than the food) never came despite emails with dates and tracking numbers, delayed by hurricane then "lost" Erick P in support keeps emailing and saying he will expedite etc This is frozen food - they send an email to ask if concerns resolved before they even do anything and wonder why you say no When food arrives, it certainly could never ever be consumed Completely hot, who knows how long it sat in the box and had to be totally discarded This place is TERRIBLE

This is Probably the Worst Online…

This is probably the worst online ordering experience I have ever had. I ordered months ago, and never received my order after many follow-ups. Eventually, after many attempts to get them to send my order— I did receive my “order”, which was only one small piece of the over $150.00 order.

I reached out again telling them I have not received my full order with no response. Strangely, a month ago, I was randomly contacted by Erick P, a representative saying: “Just checking in, if all of your concerns have been resolved?”

I responded: “Erick, not all has been resolved. I never received my shipment, and was respectfully waiting to hear back to request a refund.”

I explained everything, and was told:

“I once again apologize for the delayed response and for the missing items in your order. I'll reach out to our finance team immediately and request a refund for the missing items. Rest assured, I will keep you updated once I hear back from out team.”

All of this was for nothing, as there is still no response, let alone a refund.

I guess at this point I have to just file a credit card dispute; unfortunately.

I have been extremely patient, giving them the benefit of the doubt and being polite in the matter.

Probably worst of all, this is a gigantic waste of my time. I don’t want to be having to do any of this— filing CC disputes, writing countless emails, and writing this review…

I have come to realize that this company is just very bad, unorganized, and obviously ran by an incompetent owner that honestly should not be in business and “selling” anything, since it is not able to fulfill orders, or even communicate.

Lack of communication, never did get my order

I placed my order in mid-October and was told that due to an over-whelming respose to their "Shark Tank" appearance, my order would not ship until late October. That date came and went, finally I got notice that it would ship on Nov 6 or 7.....unfortunately, we were going to be out of town that week, so we agreed upon the following week. Nevermind that they charged my credit card mid October and the bill was coming due with no product received. I disputed the bill and was told there was nothing they could do on their side, I needed to cancel the order. On 12/19 I received a message that indicated my order had shipped, when i sent them the message asking what was going on.... I got a response about cyber security. This is a company that should have stayed local and not become an on-line retailer.
