I bought these masks as buy 4 get 4 free. Only 4 arrived. After repeatedly telling them of the error I have had no response.

I would love to review the product, but I have not received it yet. We're going on 2 weeks since I ordered and still on a boat from overseas. At this rate, it will be 2 more weeks before I receive it. Do better with transit times.

Too soon for review, I'm still waiting on my product delivery.

Kinda crazy to ask for a review on a product I’ve yet to receive since it appears to be coming from CHINA while everything sent to me indicates a local Florida address 🤔 not even sure I want to use a product sent from China

This mask is amazing it left my skin sooooo plumed and glowing

After trying every luxury brand out there, these masks blow them all away. The price point is actually reasonable for the results. My skin looks expensive and feels incredible!

I ordered in January. I only received 1 of 5 products. Tried to email, but no response. I reached out on Instagram and got responses and promises to make the situation better, but no results. It seems to me that this company is a fraud.

News anchor dealing with heavy makeup daily - these masks have transformed my skin! The hydration is deep, not just surface level, and my skin looks amazing even bare-faced.

These masks saved my destination wedding photos! Started using them three months before the big day, and my skin was literally glowing. My makeup artist was impressed!

This is a scam. When you try to get in touch with customer service, you get... a blank page. No error, nothing but a blank page. I ordered a 65 US$ collagen mask kit on march 26. On march 31st, i received an email saying my order is on its way. The same day, They send me an email confirming reception of my order without any proof of delivery. Still haven't received my order. Tried to contact them by email to hello at wellnature.co No answer. They got their money, they scammed me so they don't care.

I wish I could give a negative 10…. Purchased over 8 weeks ago, got charged for items I didn’t order, reached out multiple with no response. Got an email asking if I was satisfied with my product. Gave an answer letting them j ow I never received anything…… still NOTHING!!!!

DO NOT BUT FROM THIS VENDOR.

Shocking company, charged my credit card without authorisation - absolute scam - don't fall for this company or it's products

Stupidly got suckered in on an instagram advert for some collagen masks on 09/030/2025.Got an email on the 12/03/2025 with a tracking number.The tracking doesnt work and I have emailed the company twice on the date of writing this email to find out what is happening to hear absolutely nothing.I get bombarded with daily emails the latest one asking me if I am satisfied with my order.On clicking no I get told to email them on the address I have already emailed them on.I feel so stupid that i have been scammed again but hopefully if your reading this it will stop it happening to you

Their advertising is extremely misleading. This is the first scam I’ve ever fallen for and am angry with myself about it. I’ve sent over a dozen emails, filled out multiple online forms, sent many DMs, called the number on their website and posted comments on many of their social media posts over the past 3 weeks and received no response. The only email I have from them is asking me to please cancel my credit card dispute as it would help them out tremendously. No reply to my response to that email other. Do NOT fall for this like I did!

I'm extremely disappointed in my recent experience with WellNature & customer service rep I briefly dealt with since no one is getting back to me.

I did NOT receive 3 boxes of the extra deep callogen masks that are clearly a part of my order.

I received 7 boxes of the regular overnight mask which is what I should have received given what I purchased & the promotion running at that time.
NONE of the boxes I received say anything about being the extra deep callogen masks.

Also, the tallow BALM I ordered is a LOTION & doesn't even have the WellNature label on it, it's a completely different product.
NOT what I ordered off their site & no notification of it being a different brand or product.

I emailed regarding this issue already & received a short response & was completely dismissed by the customer service rep. I responded to their reply & emailed twice & have yet to hear back from them.

I feel it's come down to having to contest the charges on my credit card to receive a refund since clearly customer service is not their company's forte.

Lesson learned, never ordering from their site again as it's clearly a sham.

Pay right away - I made several attempts to contact them snd they never replied - just kept telling me the couldn’t help me on social platforms and kept yelling me to send emails which I already did - I finally got the police involved and theeeeen the got back to me and refunded me - scam scam scam - some people get
Products and some people don’t and they’re just getting away with automatic checkouts by clicking on their ad. Then I was ignored until I went to the police. Awful “company”

Ordered masks 15 days ago, still says waiting to ship. No response to my 3 emails. Order can not be found on their website. SCAM!!

The Wellnature collagen mask I used overnight with beautiful results; smaller pores and smooth, dewy skin, which is still like this 2 days later. I was a bit concerned when I tried to find my order on your website and my order number was nowhere to be found. My order arrived sometime later, so now I am happy and pleased with the beautiful results.
