I ordered just two knee braces. After the payment info went through I was informed an additional $15 item had been added. An item that I didn’t order.
To cancel the extra item , I have to submit a request.
But if the payment info went through, they are unable to alter the order.
I sent them an email to either remove the extra item or cancel the order. No response. Looks like I’m on the hook for an item I didn’t order.
I purchased 1 unit @ $25 to try.
Within a minute, they increased the order with additional items and deducted $89.
I contacted them immediately (within 60 seconds) only to be told that the order has already been processed and sent for delivery.
Would never recommend them to anyone.
