They are the worst
They are the worst. They brought the wrong pots, and when I contacted them, they just ignored my messages. They had only placed leaves in the soil to make the plant look full. The leaves eventually turned yellow, and we discovered they weren’t actually part of the plant , just leaves without any roots.

Absolutely terrible experience — avoid at all costs!
I strongly do not recommend this company. The plants they send look nothing like the photos — it's like ordering from a very cheap store, and what you receive is a poor imitation. The customer service is just as bad. They don’t answer the phone, don’t respond to messages, and seem to disappear once your payment is made.
The delivery was another disaster. The driver dropped the plants outside without even ringing the bell — probably because they know how disappointed customers usually are. My order took over a week to arrive, and when it finally did, they tried delivering plants are ill and the plants have eaten leaves by insects. Proces are double or even triple what you’ll find elsewhere. I only wish I had seen the other reviews earlier.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. I ended up ordering from another provider (greenie.ae) and got my plants the next business day — no drama, and at half the price.
Lesson learned. Stay far away from this company.

They are a scam company. If you ask for home delivery they will take your money and they will NOT deliver. Then they will block you so you cannot contact them. STAY CLEAR!

Really bad experience!! If i could put negative stars i will!! They delivered my plant in the wrong house and blame me for it. They did not message or call before delivery and after delivery. They Drop the plant in someone’s villa and took a picture. And if i did not follow up on it i wont know that my plant is lost in someones house. When them about it( specifically the Filipina lady) that i did not receive my plant she started being so rude, screaming and even put down the phone when i am talking. She Doesn't answer my calls after that.
Untrustworthy, Delivered to Wrong Address, Blocked Me, and Took My Money
I ordered a plant from Well Potted Plants on May 20, 2025, gave the correct address, and paid in full. They delivered it to the wrong address and never came back to fix the issue. I followed up multiple times, but they ignored me and eventually blocked my number.
They took my money and provided no solution, no replacement, no refund — just silence. This is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I’m posting this to warn others: be careful dealing with this company. I truly regret trusting them.

I only wish I had read the reviews before buying with them. Bought a plant on the website 4 days ago and received zero contact from the shop. Three days later I sent an inquiry by WhatsApp regarding the delivery and they stopped answering. Today, 4 days later, I again sent a message and they said that MAYBE it will be delivered tomorrow or the day after, that I should rest assured. Who knows if I’ll ever receive my order.

I’ve ordered twice from Wellpotted, and both times I received plants that were in poor condition. The quality was disappointing — the plants looked unhealthy and not as advertised. What’s worse, when I reached out to address the issue, there was no effort from their side to replace or make up for the bad order. It’s very frustrating as a customer to be ignored like this. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this platform. They clearly do not prioritize customer satisfaction or product quality.

I ordered my plant on Feb 15th and it is now May 27th. I managed to contact them 3 weeks ago and they said they would put it through as urgent. Now, no-one answers calls or whatssapp or emails. As far as I am concerned, this is theft.

Buyer Beware: Misleading Products & No Support!
I ordered two plant bundles totaling approximately AED 1,800. From the first bundle (Office Plants – Bundle of 7), two of the plants delivered were not what I ordered, and one appeared to be a very young cutting from the nursery—too thin and lacking foliage. The same issue occurred with the second bundle (Office Plants – Budget Combo of 3); two out of the three plants were incorrect.
Additionally, the pots I had confirmed for repotting were not the ones delivered, despite prior agreement.
The delivery was made on Wednesday, and I was told replacements would be arranged by Saturday. However, nothing has happened since, and now they are no longer responding to my calls. On WhatsApp, the only response I receive is: “The manager is always busy,” which they claim is why they cannot confirm a replacement.
After reading numerous similar reviews on TrustPilot, I’m now wondering whether we can escalate this issue to Consumer Rights. I regret not checking the reviews before placing my order.
