Scammer

I wouldn't have given them 1 star either but without rating. I wouldn't be able to right this. They are damn scammer they took my money and even they asking for more in order to get paid. They posted on threads, that they hire urgent freelance work to do their job. He said he was the elder who gave the project so I should trust him I trusted that scum and he took my project and told me to contact their fake manager. I contacted him he firstly said I should pay 30$ I told him that I'm a student and I can't afford this much money. He said pay and I won't ask you trust me. I gave him he again asked me to give 50$ more for their account linking they ask me to creat my account on Fortis Capital bank online. I did it they send the money their they said if you want to activate your account for funds transfer I should pay them 100$ it's a refundable. I told them to send me bank I took 2 loans to give them this money that bastard send this money on that damned account. And now asking me for 200$ for card activation and then they go for their so called account activation process. I tried thousand of time to search for that bank but I can't even find location of the bank nor I find their email to contact them. They literally put my reputation on risk and these bastards are still on this bull shit that I should trust their words while breaking all the promises they don't have any remorse that they put the innocent student reputation at risk.

Completely incompetent

Passed all the tests (even after inconsistent training materials which had not been updated properly) and then was kept waiting since June so that is now over 6 months. They said there was something else I needed to enter but their system told me there was nothing to do and then they ignored me. The job was to be paid for less than the minimum wage in the UK and now they still hold on to my Raterhub.com rating site access so I can't even apply anywhere else. Completely incompetent and unhelpful as well as paying low rate of pay. Don't bother.

They overhire ppl

They overhire ppl, for all projects, and they start to make excuses, and create nonsense, task distributions: some, groups, of raters, get NTA, and others, get tasks, all week. AUTOMATIC RESPONSES FOR ALL POSSIBLE QUESTIONS YOU SEND TO THEM.

SCAM

They offer a translation job English/spanish, English/italian in my case. 50pdf = € 2,000
100pdf = €2,500. 3 days to get it done.
When you’ve done the job they need the “company approval”.
After that they ask you to create a link between your bank and Bank of America. You have to make a deposit of €150 that will be refunded with your compensation.
At that stage I’ve applied to the same position with a different team member.
I’ve been contacted by a second person who sent exactly the same job offer, same message.
When I agreed and requested the material to translate he sent me exactly the same documents I’ve already submitted days before.
SCAM. Do not transfer any money to get paid for a job you’ve already done

DONT waste your TIME!

You go through a process that takes several hours (around 10 hours in total) AFTER an initial acceptance, with no payment at all, only to receive an email saying that they are not currently looking for anyone. UNBELIEVABLE!

Linkedin offers

Linkedin offers. Salary shown in American dollars and not Euros and based on tasks but maximum gross salary is less than legal required. Obligatory to work as a freelancer so for offers based in Spain minium mensual salary equals to the entire freelancer mensual tax quote. So you could basically work for nothing. What a joke.

Don't waste your time.

Working at 7eleven would be a better life effort for $14 an hour. Very inconsistent training course, totally not worth the time spent trying to pass exam.

Pretty sure they give away your info

In the almost three years I've had this number, and the many more that I've had my Email, I've not once received a scam text or email. Ever since I applied to them I've been getting random scam emails and text messages almost daily. Feels really scummy

Very poor treatment of human beings

Very poor treatment of human beings.

I worked for them as a freelancer for around one year.
While working for them, I sometimes got emails like "Your account has been flagged" or "Your score is not good enough". Then I asked them what I can change and never got a reply. Sometimes I even got emails telling me the previous emails where technical mistakes and that I don't have to worry.
Today they cancelled the contract, effective immediately, without any notice in advance.

They don't see you as a human here, but as a sole task performer. That's the sad truth.

Pay to get paid

You have to pay a registration fee to get paid by bank transfer. Absurd company policy, which can be resolved by so many ways but the manager DOES NOT want to help you with. Spare your energy, time, and money and avoid them.

A Complete SCAM, Report Them Everywhere

This is a scam to get their page ratings from potential employees by including the page ratings they need in the unpaid training they provide. Then, they tell you you failed the exam, when all the exam answers are on the Studyx app. That way, they don't have to pay you, and they still get their page ratings they might need. This explains why they allow anyone to go through the application and training process. This also explains why they are not accredited with BBB.

Biggest waste of time in my life

Biggest waste of time in my life. I've spend weeks on onboarding and training, that's not compensated. Only to end up with an empty dashboard and zero tasks to do. So, of course there is no pay. Cherry on top is that I've handed over my personal and financial information to god knows whom and they won't delete it now.

Search quality Rater

I applied for this position and was sent an email that I was not selected to move on to the next step in the process. I have a feeling this was based on discrimination to give an immediate answer without looking at my credentials in the company. Will never consider working here based on my experience

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They want you to invest 20+ hours before you even get hired. There is no one to email directly for help. They do not have the information for your exams to show you what you got right and wrong, you either pass or fail. You have to put in tickets to another website they use for help and it's not helpful at all. I'm not even sure if they pay you for all of the hours spent "training". It is a huge waste of time for only $15/hr. There is no way to tell if they are just using applicants to do actual rating work only to tell you that you failed and didn't get the job. Don't do it.

THey think that they're smart

Whenever a company sends you an email wanting to do some kind of BS test and login without interview is always a bad sign.
When I searched the name with the word scam to me gut feeling it turned out to be a scam.

Welocalize.com is a scam.

Welocalize.com is a scam.

They are not paying for onboarding days, and after you have completed it and passed it, they make you do entry exams with several tasks (same as the job you are hired for).
At some point the tasks run out and you are not able to finish the entry exam for the project. So you did like 5 or 6 hours of free work.

The customer service, and answer for the company tickets, is always the same person. And she does not provide any help whatsoever. There is no other contact to reach them.

They are using dozens of people to do these entry exams for each project. And in reality they are actually doing the real job, for free. So they don’t have to pay anyone and still get the work done!!!!!

This company is a complete FRAUD.
