This website sells files which are the property of the original designers and sells them fraudulently and against copyright. They know nothing about the files and cannot and will not offer tech support. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I purchased some files which it said were suitable for the free version of Silhouette Studio. They are not. I'm pursuing a refund via PayPal but have so far been unsuccessful.
Dont buy from this site. I am a digital artist and have stolen my work used my images too. I sell on etsy. Shame us digital svg artist cant cover our backs. welovesvg...i dont love. Remove my coffeecup/ snowman and chocolate selection boxes
I bought the giga bundle 6/21/23, never got the email with access, checked spam too. Was unable to make an account to make an access on the site as the instruction said.
I contacted them over 6x politely with my order details, receipts, etc and got ZERO response back.
I had to escalate to Paypal, they didn't respond to paypal inquiries too. On the largest Cricut group I simply responded to comments asking if this website & product was legit. I replied about my experience and was immediately BLOCKED from the group CRICUT CRAFTS for Beginners, by somebody who I guess is associated with them because I had never made any comment before.
So now I’m locked out of a valuable resource (it’s the largest group of its kind on FB) simply because I was trying to get something I paid for? And it’s not like I wasn’t patient with them, this happened over the course of 2 MONTHS and I gave them so many chances!
And it’s not like I don’t know my way around a computer, I have a tech job too! Paypal had to step in and refund my money after 2 months.
Didn't send products and won't contact back. Scam site. Beware. Have had to raise refund with bank fraud team.
