Two weeks paying twice for a trip we'd already booked
We paid We Love Tanzania Tours and Camps for a two-week trip in Tanzania (safari and Zanzibar).
Yvonne, the manager, failed to pay several of the hotels, so we had to pay for them ourselves on arrival. The same happened with the safari park entrance fees: we had to cover them out of our own pocket, and we lost hours exchanging euros and dollars.
Worst of all, the final hotel — which was not the one we had booked and paid for — refused to let us leave until we paid for the accommodation. We were effectively held hostage.
Think twice before booking with Yvonne and We Love Tanzania Tours and Camps.
