I received a package containing chemicals in error that was meant for one of their customers. I did the right thing, took it in and contacted Mike Welsford so that he could arrange for the package to be delivered to his customer or that the customer would be welcome to come to my home to collect it.
After twice saying they would deal with it, two weeks later I have heard nothing and the phones just go to voice mail.
In my view, Mike Welsford couldn't care less about his customers and I would recommend avoiding this company.
