Do not book with this company. It is a complete scam. Cancelled my booking with no refund.
Contacted the bank to report it as fraud and got my money back but now they have disputed it with bank. The absolute audacity of these people. I hope the police catch up with them.

This 1 star is only left because it doesn't give the option to leave nothing.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SO CALLED "COMPANY ".. ITS A SCAM!!! DIRTY THIEVES..

Fell for this website and find it’s a complete fraud!! Do not engage with this site. I’m having issues getting a full refund of the £198 even with booking on CC.

On the morning of stay they cancelled due to power outage. Not received any payment back

After booking and then seeing all these reviews I contacted the company and requested a refund. They replied straight away to confirm booking was cancelled and refund will be processed. I didn't hold out much hope but to my surprise my refund was completed a couple of days later.

I don't know what the issue is with this company. I did check Google maps and the address is unknown.

I’m writing this review to warn others about Welsh-Serene.com, as I have unfortunately been scammed by them.

The website appears to offer legitimate services, but it's a complete fraud. After placing an order (or engaging with their services), I received nothing in return. They took my money and disappeared — no confirmation, no service, no support.

Here are the red flags I noticed after the fact:

Fake contact info: The email address doesn't match the domain and no one replies.

Suspicious address: The physical address listed on the site doesn’t seem to relate to a real business.

No customer service: I tried reaching out multiple times and got no response.

Too good to be true: Prices and offers looked too appealing — now I realise that was part of the trap.

I’ve reported the site to relevant authorities and suggest you do the same if you've been affected. Please do not trust this website or share any personal or financial information with them.

Let’s help stop others from falling into the same trap.

Partner booked as a surprise for me, turned up to the “address” place doesn’t exist, no contact number, no communication when do contact emails. SCAM AVOID

Scam avoid at all costs. Not even such a place just a site taking bookings and no pods at this address. Robbing people of there cash

Supposed to be going tomorrow for my anniversary to now find out that the place dosnt even exist!! Absolutely devastated, our full weekend ruined!

SCAMMM!!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS LODGE. We booked this lodge for two nights, £198, thinking it was a great deal but turned up to the address and it was no where to be seen. No communication from the ‘company’ when trying to contact them numerous times. This site needs taken down, absolutely disgusting how people can do this to others. Avoid at all costs.

Stayed at their cabin this weekend, was a marvellous experience jamie who checked us in was a superstar!

This company is a pop up Scam and was formerly known as Woodland Welsh Lodge.

This company has been fraudulently taking bookings and double payments.

I have logged a fraud case with my bank and have connected with others who have also been conned.

Do not book with this company.
