I requested a delivery date of 4th…
I requested a delivery date of 4th September - it was a birthday gift. I don't think it arrived until 5 days later, but I was not advised that the requested delivery date could not be met - I would never have placed the order if I had known when ordering.

I'm very sorry to hear that there was a delay with your delivery. We dispatched it on schedule but it sounds like there was an issue with the parcel once it reached DHL. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. I'll look into this straight away and take it up with our account manager to make sure it doesn't happen again. We're always very happy to send replacements for any cheese that is delayed and doesn't reach its destination in peak condition. This is my 3rd purchase from the Welsh cheese company after having it gifted to me first. What a wonderful company to deal with. Previously no problems but this time an issue with the delivery was very speedily resolved, and that was at the weekend! More companies should be like this. So nice to buy from and yummy cheese too.
