Absolutely amazing service from the beginning!! Our bed was delivered quickly, communication was excellent, really easy to put together and the quality is outstanding. The bed itself is stunning and so well made, the teddy boucle material is incredibly soft, the ottoman design is really easy to use (and incredibly handy!!) super super happy overall, would use again and again (if only I had more bedrooms to put more beds in!)

This company is excellent, a little tricky to call but the end result was fabulous. Really nice & polite guys delivered & assembled my bed. The bed is of a good solid structure & looks great. Absolutely amazing company. My bed was delivered in 11 calendar days and assembled in 30 minutes. Very beautiful and sturdy boucle teddy curved bed in cream colour with ottoman storage. Worth waiting and paying for assembly. Just be patient as they are very busy but they deliver great quality and service.

Excellent company and amazing quality TVbed, i was a little sceptical at first buying a bed online without seeing it in person but they had a WhatsApp number and I’ve had very quick responses from them, they helped me pick the colour which will look best with my room theme and they got it spot on, I was able to pick a delivery date that suited me and they kept me updated throughout the day on their ETA, The excellent customer service doesn’t just stop there after my bed was delivered I noticed I threw away the paper manual which had other information about the TV lift for the bed they were kind enough to send me pictures of the paper manual.

From start to finish I had fabulous communication from the company . When the bed was delivered the guys forgot to leave the remote for the the tv bed , yet within 2 days it was dropped off personally.
The bed itself is well made and looks amazing ! I have been to many well known bed shops yet none of them had anything as nice as this .
I also purchased a mattress which is top quality and fabulous value for money .
These guys are definitely The best place to buy a tv bed from and the choice of colours and fabrics was extensive.

Great Service and Beds!
Brought my first bed from here in 2023, quality was fantastic and exactly what I was after for a made to order bed. Lovely high headboard. Sadly lost it due to moving house and it not fitting up the stairs (my fault for having the highest headboard) moved again and have ordered the exact same bed and colour because I loved it so much. Nothing is too much trouble for the team and you can easily WhatsApp them if you have any concerns or questions. 5 star

Bed delivered in good time, sadly didn’t suit us. Return was a bit of an ordeal but otherwise happy with the service

I bought my bed on 11th june and paid for premium delivery within 3-5 working days.Unfortunately there was a little hiccup and the delivery was delayed however my bed was delivered today. The guys did an amazing job assmbling the bed and putting it on the right spot in my bedroom. The bed itself looks a million pounds worth. I love nice things and this bed and mattress have surpassed my expectations!!

We ordered a bed for our nearly 3 year old daughter but they sent the wrong headboard. I contacted them and they sent out a new matching headboard which has now been fitted. The bed is well made and our little ‘princess’ loves it (which is a win in itself!) Would definitely use them again!

Ordered new bed for our eldest daughter as we had moved into our forever home. Brilliant service and great communication throughout the process. Even with the courier who delivered and built the bed on arrival he checked in constantly when he was on the way to our address

After I had placed my order, I stumbled across a few reviews that had 2 or 1 stars with negative comments about the service customers and the delivery etc. obviously when reading these comments i began to wonder where i had purchased my bed from but honestly these comments do not mirror the experience i have received.

I ordered my bed, contacted the company on instagram to understand an estimated date of delivery, they responded quickly and provided an approximate date for delivery. My bed was due to be delivered on Sunday between 12&4, come 4:30 the bed hadn’t been delivered so i made contact on whats app to see when delivery was, even though they were closed we make beds still looked into my order and it was delivered at 5:20 by a third party. The following day We Make Beds made contact with me to ensure the bed had been delivered.

I cannot fault We Make Beds for their customer service and care for their customers.

The quality of the bed is amazing and was packaged to prevent any damages.

Seen a few bad reviews on here about "we make beds" was a bit wiery about buying one but went ahead anyway. Don't know how anyone can say anything negative my experience was great start to finish. Only had one slight hickup, courier missed one of my parcels when collecting the bed for delivery. I contacted them immediately and got a reply very quickly. It was delivered the following day on a Saturday may I add. Would recommend to anyone.
