I ordered our bed on the 11th of June. Received confirmation of the order ,paid for prem delivery so it would be delivered within 5 working days. It got to the Thurs 4 days in and I asked them when it's going to be delivered , no by phone because every time I called no one would answer and adviced me to text as they are busy or on the phone. I eventually got a reply saying the prem delivery sometimes takes longer, that whas it nothing else. Asked again when the bed would come and nothing, thought I'd call at the weekend, got a text they don't work weekends, tried again the following Monday, again got a text saying to message as they are busy. At this point I asked them to take some ownership as we are well over the 5 working days and it shouldnt have to be chasing it up. I got a reply that it would be with me this week. I messaged again asking when this week, the reply was that someone would text Tuesday regarding delivery. Had Tuesday in, heard nothing, didn't answer to me again, another broken promise. I told them I wanted delivery of the bed or a full refund within 24 hours or I was claiming it back though my bank. The bed arrived Thursday. No apology for the lack of customer service, it was like getting blood out of stone trying to get an update. I can't understand how some people have had such a fantastic experience and great communication when I couldn't even get a text back or anyone to answer the phone. Just seems to be the one guy that replies if he feels like it. I've asked for my £49 to be refunded that I paid for the prem delivery and I've just been ignored again. It they would of given me clear communication,even if the bed would of been late I wouldn't of minded because I'd know what's going up but until the bed came Thurs I honestly thought I'd been scammed, I'd been so anxious thinking I'd wasted nearly 1k. I kept popping back on here and then seeing some really good reviews, I've noticed that they've found the time to reply to someone giving a bad review but hasn't replied or refunded the extra 49 that I paid for the premium delivery that took 12 days in total. Now I'll be honest the bed is good, the delivery team were great.

Ordered a bed from this company a month ago and it has still not arrived. I have reached out multiple times for an update on my order and not had a single reply. They do not answer on any of the listed phone numbers. SCAM WEBSITE.

The bed was shocking and was just fabric over planks of wood, I also paid for them to set it up and they refused.

I then asked for a refund due to the bed being unsafe, so they collected the item a few days later and now are refusing to refund me even though they got the bed straight back.

I’ve whattsapp’d them over and over and emailed and they’re lying that they can’t refund me and ignoring my messages. They’re saying to sue PayPal but when I spoke to PayPal, they told me that they can refund me.

I’m opening a claim at small claims court today to get my refund which is a pain.

I've been getting my beds from this company for about 10 years or there's about mine my both daughters my granddaughters all beds have been absolutely beautiful even sent my own design and they maid exactly that for my daughter I would only ever get my beds from this company the owner replies to me almost immediately if I'm needing anythink he also makes sure bed is extra strong for my disabled daughter wouldn't shop anywhere else ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️ Joanne from Liverpool
