Perfect in the job they do!
No need to follow up for anything. They're perfect in what they do. Except in some cases when the demand is very high and supply is low and those cases aren't avoidable. But still we can trust more than 100% in the view that the coins are delivered at the rate when the order is processed. So no risk is involved here. Kudos to you guys, whoever you are!

Excellent Customer Service
The process of purchasing bitcoin is very simple and straightforward. Although I had some issues with one of my purchases, the team is very responsive and quick to address my problem. The rates are from Kraken and the customer service is top class. In the moment we cancel an order, we also release the amount immediately! Bad service, Unprofessionalism and SCAM !
I made an order, sent them my credit card, selfy with my card, my ID card, I contacted chat support after 15 hours. They canceled my order "without asking" and then explained to me that it was a technical mistake and I have to make a new order, and for that I will get the money back, which does not suit me because I do not want to keep my money in the refund for 2 weeks and I pay the bank charges.I do not know if I'll get my money back, so I'll file a complaint with the police against them.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We explained to you that this cannot be done with a pending order, but a solution would be to cancel and place a new order. We understood that you wanted to cancel but we are truly sorry if this was a mistake. Your money has been returned to your card and are normally back instantly, but based on the bank, which has issues the credit card, it can take longer though.
