Renting a car with zero deposit is a first for me, especially since in my hometown of Amsterdam, the deposit is usually higher than the cost of the rental. I was really impressed by the high-quality service. The car was perfectly clean, the pickup and drop-off were super efficient and they even offered me a free cup of coffee!

This was my first time renting a car while travelling abroad and I was initially worried about potential rental malpractices, such as not getting the deposit refunded. To avoid any risk, I chose the full insurance option with no deposit required. Overall, my experience was very positive.
The car was delivered and collected on time and the handover process was smooth with no unnecessary hassle. The only charges I needed to pay were for traffic violations, which were clearly explained.
In general, the car was in good condition, the service was reliable, and although the rental price was slightly higher, it was worth it for the peace of mind. I also appreciated that the staff did not pressure me for a 5 star review and instead encouraged an honest one.

I’ve visited Tbilisi family and rented 4Runner from werent. Car was in great shape, almost new , service was fast and supportive. Next time I visit Georgia definitely I will use their service.
