Oman BS with Yaser
I’ve just returned home from an amazing tour, and I can’t recommend Yaser highly enough as a coordinator.
He is incredibly kind and friendly, and his calm nature allows him to handle even the most challenging situations wisely. Throughout the trip, he made everyone feel heard and cared for!
Yaser is an excellent planner who communicates clearly with the group and does his best to organize everything in advance, ensuring you can make the most of your experience without any stress.
I would absolutely choose to travel with him again for my next trip!

Thailand 360 Winter - Bucket list trip
Spent 2 weeks travelling Thailand on their Thailand 360 Winter tour and it was a life changing experience. The planning is great, the tours and activities are fantastic and give you a long lasting memory of how great Thailand is. I could not recommend more going on a trip with WeRoad and specially this one to Thailand. EPIC!

Patagonia
The itinerary for the Patagonia trip was well balanced, combining adventure with a relaxed daily rhythm.
The program included three major hikes spread throughout the journey, allowing enough time to recover between them. These hikes are challenging and require good physical fitness as well as some hiking experience, but they are incredibly rewarding.

Brazil carnival tour
Well structured, organised tour from Sau Paulo to rio, stopping at beautiful paraty and ilha grande, during the chaos of carnival Jason our coordinator was organised, fun, kind and always kept us in the loop about what we would be next doing.

Ive just done the Thailand 360 and I can honestly say ive loved it! The people I was with were perfect and the itinerary was a great mix of culture, beaches, nature, bars etc. But the glue that held it all together was Antonio. He made everyone feel so comfortable and genuinely cared and put wellbeing first. We were all so much ourselves and had a wonderful time

Mexico mess
I went on the Mexico trip running end of Jan to 5th Feb. The coordinator (Linda) got far too drunk on multiple occasions, on one occasion this led to her being physical and aggressive, so I decided to leave the trip early because of the situation. The coordinator escalated issues within the group rather than de-escalating them. Some activities were missed and the tracking of the money pot was inaccurate leading to multiple complaints from the group. She also had no knowledge of the country or speak the local language. It was made clear that it was a holiday for her Birthday since it’s free with expenses paid for the coordinators. Couldn’t fault the rest of the group, country, or the food though! Just make sure you do some research on your coordinator first.

AVOID WEROAD
I recently took part in a WeRoad trip to Mexico, and I have to say, the entire experience was very disappointing.
When I booked the trip, the information clearly stated that accommodation was included, but nowhere did it mention any additional hotel taxes. However, these were later deducted from the group fund, which felt misleading, especially considering the already steep price I paid for the trip.
The hotels were, to be blunt, more like hostels—definitely not up to even a one-star standard. Many of them were priced at around £35 per night for two people, but the overall cost of the trip was £1,269, not including flights. The rooms had dirty towels, stained sheets, leaking air conditioning, no hairdryers, poor water pressure, and overall subpar maintenance. Some toilets didn’t flush, and the lack of privacy in certain hotels was shocking. For example, one bathroom had no door, and another had no glass in the window—so we could hear everything from every room. It was very uncomfortable.
Breakfast was another letdown. Every single morning, we were given only eggs, with no alternatives for those with dietary restrictions or intolerances. It was the same thing day after day, with no variety at all.
There was also a complete lack of transparency when it came to the group’s money pot. Decisions were made without consulting anyone, particularly when it came to things like tipping and extra costs.
Many of the hotels were located far from the activities, which meant we were spending about seven hours each day on the bus and had to pay for taxis to get around. Better location choices could’ve saved us a lot of time and money.
By the time I factored in the flights and extra expenses, the trip ended up costing me around £4,000. For that price, I received subpar accommodation, one included activity, and zero food options. On top of that, I was asked to cover the driver’s costs, as WeRoad didn’t pay them a living wage! In the end, the trip didn’t match what was advertised and certainly didn’t offer value for money.
I would definitely recommend avoiding WeRoad.

Yaser : Great cooridnator :)
The Sri Lanka trip was amazing — very intense, but the places we saw made it all worthwhile.
Yaser is the best coordinator ever! He was very funny, organised, supportive, and always kept his finger on the pulse. I highly recommend him as a coordinator — you won’t regret it!

Sri Lanka trip with Weroad
I did a Sri Lanka trip with Weroad in feb. 2026. Yaser was the coordinator for the trip. As coordinator he is very helpful and kind, and puts a lot of efford into accomedating the different views in the group. He went out of this way to assist a group memeber who missed the flight to Sri Lanka. He also organised additions activities during the trip and was supportive and attentive. However what I did think was missing was critical stance in regards to the timing of the activities in the very packed programme. Several days in the trip we only had between 3-4 hours of sleep to either drive for hours in the night to go do activities at sunrise or hike during the night with no rest the following day. The company packs the programme so thight that it is expected that the group memebers will have to sleep in the minivan during day to get some sleep. In my view this is unacceptable. Also the type of activities, such as cultural dance show, trying on saris and visiting a "native village" where in my perspective where cringe and very unnecessary in 2026.

It was my first time with WeRoad and my first time having no expectations at all about people I was going to share this journey with.
It was a memorable experience, we had a lot of fun and already from the second day it was like we always knew each other.
Yaser was one of us, professional, funny, helpful, committed... We couldn't ask for a better coordinator.
I loved it!

Yaser saw that everything was taken care of and was the best coordinator we could have asked for, supporting everyone and catering for everything.

Had an absolute whale of a time with Yaser causing chaos, reciting memes, finishing each others sentences whilst travelling Sri Lanka on the 360 tour. The camaraderie of the group really made the trip, whilst ticking off just about everything possible. The thousands of photos and videos will last a life time! Thanks Yas always will be the Dancing Queen! 😂

WeRoad is very well organized.
Accomodations in my experience are good in cheap countries and less good in western countries, but still ok.
