I have been coming to Michael ever since he opened the store. Between my daughter and I, we have bought several items from him. Airpods (2x), MacBook pro (2x) different times, phones among other things. He is my go to. I had one mishap early on, but he stands by his work and salesmanship and the issue was addressed and fixed. That won my trust. He's not a corporation, but local business. Michael and his associate wouldn't be there if the service was bad

What a terrible experience here. I had to go back and forth 9 times from home to the shop and currently my machine still has not been repaired. It's funny that the store's name is We Save Data, yet they mistakenly copied other people's data onto my computer. I also think they will mistakenly copy my data to someone else's computer.

I have mixed feelings about my experience. My ps5 worked for awhile after being cleaned then it shut down again and never recovered.
The gentleman working there was very nice although there were a couple of issues. I just didn't go back. I am sure he does good work.

Michael is always courteous and pleasant. I brought my daughters iPhone and Mac in because they were not charging. Me could not fix the iPhone and because he could fix it, he did not charge me. The Mac he fixed and charged me in the range he quote me the day I took it in.

I’ve been here twice. Once for my MacBook Air with liquid damage before buying a new one from Apple. Michael saved the day in addition to my data. I went again with a broken phone. For me it was a disaster, for him it was an easy fix. I’ll go again and highly reco them.

The people there are geniuses. If you have lost it. They WILL FIND IT AND GET IT BACK FOR YOU!

Michael was very helpful with my needs regarding the repairs for my phone

My computer ports were replaced for a cheaper price than what the manufacturer was asking for, and it was fine very quickly. The only downside was that I had to re-screw in some of the screws that were taken out and my computer had a few minor scratches. Overall still a really good experience, I’d come again.
