Nasty sales calls - repeatedly
this company can't be reputable from the quality of their sales calls. Abrupt surly girls who put the phone down mid-call and never allow you to explain to them that the person they are calling has passed away.
If they hadn't been so rude and hadn't had such silly targets to meet - they would be able to deal with calls effectively.
In order to be in accordance with the seven principles of the GDPR - you are legally obliged to ensure your data is "Accurate - yet you don't allow people to update their information. Consequently you are making repeated calls to a dead woman's phone! Do I need to take this up with the Information Commissioners Office?

I spoke with john, who was very helpful and even though I wanted a certain level of cover, he explained I didn’t have to have the security or pest options, this was my choice, and he tailored it to suit me and even adjusted the price very happy
