Otic Interiors commissioned Wes Hal Design Studio to create a Brand Identity and Website for our start-up business in October 2019.

From our initial concept meeting, Ben was extremely enthusiastic and helpful regarding all aspects of the project. As the project progressed Ben impressed me with his attention to detail and knowledge around a whole host of aspects from marketing, branding, all the way to typography.

Ben kept a professional approach throughout, worked to tight deadlines and always met my expectations, even going beyond his scope of services and offering advice on various matters to assist with our start-up journey. Ben always replied quickly and never kept me waiting, whether this was by phone or email Ben was always in contact even late into the evenings and weekends to ensure the process ran smoothly and the end result was the right one.

Overall the process was extremely enjoyable and professional. Ben was organised and surpassed my expectations , not only for quality regarding the end result but for the service he offered throughout the process. Otic Interiors look forward to working with Wes Hal on future projects.
