We have checked your case and noticed that you disconnected the license by replacing it with your own free Elementor account.
We connected our license again. You can still save and use your own libraries but do not switch/disconnect the license in the future, or the same happens again, and the license disconnects.
Please note that you can always reach out to us via email since Trustpilot is used to give people an idea if businesses are legitimate or not and is not serving the purpose of resolving support requests.

Thus, we were not able to deliver your order right away and had to reach out to you to collect the correct information first.
