Worst site ever. No customer care no refund policy indication and no help at all . Would never recommend this to anyone

Giving 1 star cz there is no option to give 0 or minus rating. They sent me a low quality and a different looking products. And when I raised complaint there is no response on WhatsApp or email from them.

They did not deliver my order which is prepaid. THEY ARE CHEATS. DO NOT ORDER.

There's no option available for return. And costumer service is very poor.

The quality of the product is not good and they are charging too much.They don't refund like other brands ,we can only exchange for that also we need to pay extra .

A complete FRAUD. My order was for Rs.2419.65. They sent cheap quality tops. When I try to exchange, the link is not working. The phone keep ringing and they won’t answer. I emailed, no reply. They just take pictures from net and post it and sell cheap imitations. NEVER FALL IN TO THIS TRAP. The CHEAPEST COMPANY I EVER SEEN.

They are frauds. What u get is not what's shown on website. Beware

They are fraud. Do not buy from them I had ordered a dress worth 1700rs. And they have sent me something else very cheap 200rs top. Even after contacting them no response. They are totally fraud do not buy from them.

It's a big scam .Very poor quality cloth ,not even remotely related to kind of fabric as well embroidered which is displayed.
999 shirt is not even worth 200 rupees
Plz don't buy. Moreover there is no return policy which is a red flag.

They are not responding. Picked up the product but not sending back.
Never buy from them.
I payed Rs 1000 for the shirt and Rs 100 for pickup. Hoping they hear customers and improve and grow their business.

Totally disappointed with the top I received. Different embroidery, no cotton as mentioned and pattern also not as shown . Would like to return it

Poor quality fabric,actual product is nowhere near the product shown,misleading image. Pathetic fit,and even worse design.
They don't accept return/refund even exchanges are chargeable.

Misleading Pictures, Horrible Quality, Oversmart Policies, Manipulative Offers

I had bought a top from We Shine. The image was misleading. The top quality was very inferior and didn't look like the one shown in the picture advertised. I messaged them as I wish to return and get a refund, but they have not replied so far. Neither are they picking up the call. Their non-refund policy goes against India's Consumer Protection Act and they are robbing the customer. I can't understand how "Judge Me reviews" has given them good reviews. It must be cooked up. They cannot be trusted, hiked prices, poor quality products and no customer service at all- sums up "We Shine'.

Worst service, waiting for a week for exchange.

Very bad approach towards the business. They are fraud.
The sizes are misleading. Had to go for exchange for my 3 tops which I had ordered. Fit is very bad. Cloth quality is not up to the mark. They don't provide return and exchange only. For exchange too they do not have any proper tracking system with themselves. They have no clue on what item is to to be exchanged with what.
After lots of follow ups I some how got the pickup done on 15th August and they said they will send the exchange tops once they receive the picked up samples. Then they just forgot about it. When I chechec with them saying I have still not received th
e exchange styles they had no clue what I was talking about. Then I had to give them all the order details. I waited for a few days still did not receive the samples so I followed up again n again the same thing they did not have any clue about my exchange request. So,again I had to share my exchange request details with them. I did
this process 2-3 times till now. Then finally I received a msg saying they have shipped my order.
Now, today I received just one style (dat too a wrong one) in exchange of the the 3 styles I had returned to them. Today again I had to go back to them give them all the history...share the pictures of the styles I had placed exchange request. Now again they are saying tomorrow we will ship them the balance styles. I hope they do.
My ask here is if the return / exchange policy is only 7 days then isn't there any policy for the customer's to receive there exchange styles in time?? I has taken me more than a month after I placed the exchange request now...n that too for receiving just one style. 2 more styles to be received. Now, again they are saying we can not exchange the size you will get only L size now. So what was the whole purpose of me returning the styles to them I really do not understand. So, now I returned size L n now in exchange I again receive size L. Congratulations to me!!!!

So, whoever has that kind of patience and time please go order with them or else refrain from ordering. You are not going to miss anything as the styles,the fit,the fabric quality is not worth it. Leave aside the customer service it's "THE WORST".
The lady who handles the what's app chats does not understand what we are speaking. Minimum common sense is completely missing to even understand the basic language,the basic issue and much more.

Clothes quality is poor. Sizes are crazy. And there is no customer support. I have written three mails but haven't received a single reply!

I ordered for a top which I really liked seeing the pic. First time they sent me S (small) size whereas I had ordered XXL.
There were no specification of length etc. Thinking Small size must be short as per size but XXL size is too short for a person like me which is too short. When I tried to return it, the site is not accepting it and this top of Rs 999/- is useless for me. There should be specifications about length or size chart should be there so that it can be checked from there before ordering. Only specifation was of embroidery and material. You can't make out from pic the length etc I had really liked the top that's why I ordered it. Really disappointing experience.

Very bad experience. Don't ever buy from them. They take payment and on exchange neither send the item nor refund. They harass one by sending fake messages 😒
