WeSki were amazing

WeSki were amazing. I am a single parent with autistic children, so I needed a really easy experience. From start to finish it was amazing. I will definitely use them again! They were on hand at every moment and I am so pleased I used them.

Great service

Absolutely terrible service.. I honestly can not write in words how bad this hoilday has been so far bearing in mind I've only been here 6 hours. As we arrived in Geneva the airport was beautiful however as we got through security that is when it all began to deteriorate, we could not locate our transfer so we began calling the dedicated phone numbers several times, to which we were greeted "we do not speak English please text us on WhatsApp" which we did only to be met with "please wait for us" with no set location or whereabouts. We phoned to make a voice call again, the person on the other line did not speak English and was very aggressive, I told him this was not good enough as we were lost, he then proceeded to text me back "let's have a face to face" . I do have text evidence of this interaction. Then finally, an hour later we were picked up and dropped off at our allocated hotel; "L'Arveyron". We had two standard rooms and one superior room that we paid quite a bit extra for, but after seeing all rooms there is absolutely no difference between them whatsoever. We then went to collect our skii rentals which was two bus stops away, while arriving there, there was no shops but a duck pond, we could not locate any close by rental shops whatsoever. We have now come back to our standard room with no skiing equipment..we will keep you posted for day 2 tomorrow ..

So day 2 and to be fair we ski pulled out all the stops , we where given a re refund for the ski hire and told we could hire from any shops and they made up the different .
They also sorted us our superior room which was very nice .
We then got told to go out and have lunch on them for the whole party of 6 .
The rest of our stay was amazing and the company continued to contact us to make sure we where happy and satisfied with the service they provide.
So after our initial horrible day one the remaining days where fantastic and we would now like to recommend there services and would definitely recommend them
A special thanks to Jack for his amazing work, in turning this holiday around to an amazing , incredible time and we will visit again...

We will be returning absolutely excellent …

WeSki were brilliant kept us informed all the time amazing! Myself and my brother had a 4 night skiing break in Kronplatz at the lovely hotel Krondlhof. The hotel and staff were amazing especially Diego nothing too much trouble. Rooms were super they even upgraded us on arrival.
Food was excellent a real occasion to go to dinner. We were very lucky with the weather and conditions especially as it was late in the ski season. We would highly recommend We Ski and the hotel and the skiing in Kronplatz.

Great Chamonix holiday booked through WeSki

We booked our ski holiday with WeSki and were really impressed from start to finish. The customer service was excellent—it made such a difference knowing we could easily pick up the phone and speak to someone whenever we needed help.

Everything was seamlessly organised, from the flights to the hotel and transfers, and communication throughout was clear and reassuring. We always felt supported and confident that if anything had gone wrong, help was just a call away—thankfully, everything ran perfectly.

Overall, it was a fantastic, stress-free holiday and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

It was a great holiday and a fantastic…

It was a great holiday and a fantastic apartment. The original holiday was booked but for some reason the flight for the return had to be changed to a different airline and I ended up paying a bit more. I think if a company changes anything then it's unto the company to fit the bill. I have been in retail for over twenty years and if we have made mistakes then we have always corrected it on our side and not left it to the customer to pay more.

I used We Ski for my recent trip to…

I used We Ski for my recent trip to Mayrhofen. I booked my flights, transfers,hotel, ski hire and passes with them. The service was slick and supportive through out, and when I needed to make a change this was done quickly and without a fuss. I'd highly recommend using them for a good value stress free experience.

The hotel was terrible

The hotel was terrible. The transfers were late and we nearly missed our flight back home. Everything else was good though, the hotel I would not book again or recommend.

We had to walk down 4 flights of steps 10-15 times in an evening (for 7 days) due to the power cutting off by putting the hob on to cook food in the evening. The bed was broken upon arrival and the sheets were dirty, the water in the shower went cold after 5 minutes of usage and did not get hot till the next day (for another 5 minutes then cold again - the cycle repeated the entire time we were there)

Brilliant - We Ski is very good - the apartment was great - the views were fantastic- cannot complain about anything- will book with you again

Greats comms

Greats comms with WeSki when we needed them. Overall they were great and sorted everything that was in their control very efficiently. Already looking to book up again. Would recommend.

Family ski resort Avoriaz.

Second time using weski, both times excellent service. Great hotel and ski resort, Avoriaz in France. Always had a quick response to any questions I may have regarding the bookings. Will use them again in the future.

Weekend skiing with grandchildren

We took the grandchildren on a short skiing break with We-Ski, booking flights, transfer and accommodation through them.
The only hiccup was the transfer driver was not in the terminal at Geneva when we arrived (I think he was waiting until we contacted him before he came in to save on airport charges but that's only my thoughts, also it was difficult to contact him but that was my phone not connecting properly so we were waiting for about 45 minutes) but he was very pleasant and it was a good journey.
The apartment was great and definitely ski in ski out, the snow was good, the weather fantastic and the grandchildren loved the pool.
Definitely a good experience, and three very happy youngsters.
