Samantha Reilly-Walling was excellent from start to finish, going through our options and going into the right level of detail. She worked to make sure our deal went through in time given the rates were due to increase the following day and even when there were issues with the system processing payment, did not give up to make sure we secured the rate!

I am an FY1 doctor and was struggling with remortgaging my house as my circumstances were unusual with regards to previous payslips/employment etc. My mortgage advisor through Wesleyan was Nadine Nelson, and she was absolutely fantastic. She explained the options very clearly and took all of the stress of contacting banks and trying to navigate their eligibility criteria. Thoroughly recommend!

Yesterday I had a telephone consultation with Lakhwinder to discuss my Home Insurance with Wesleyan. Previously, a few years ago, I had a quote which was way off the mark for me so I was a bit wary, but this time was very different. Had a pre planned phone call to discuss Home Insurance with Chris Ibbitson of Wesleyan Financial Services. From the outset the call was friendly, positive and professional. The facts were presented in a straightforward manner and any queries were dealt with immediately and professionally. It was so reassuring to actually speak to a person who was prepared to listen and interact with me. It was a personal experience with the adviser having a very detailed understanding of the product. It quickly took my money but then told me there was a problem and I needed to contact them by telephone. I have been trying to contact them numerous times, only to hear the operators are to busy to deal with my call

Attending the free Wesleyan seminar is something that I would recommend to anyone looking to understand their teachers' pension, especially if they are considering retirement or early retirement. Andrew Bloxsome fronted the session and then I followed that up with a further group session that he was offering those who were considering retirement.
From the moment I agreed to Andrew supporting me through the process of understanding and claiming my Teachers’ Pension, he was professional, friendly, transparent and incredibly supportive.
