They do not stand behind their work longterm. You may get stuck with a huge bill.

Two years ago, we had West Coast Refinishing Tub LLC put in a new shower. Recently, we discovered the floor was swollen in front of the shower. Upon investigation, our mitigation company found the cement lip and underlayment were 100% saturated. There was mold both in the wall and in front of the shower. It took nine days with fans and a dehumidifier to dry! The restoration company said it looked like it was due to the improper installation of the shower pan and the grout was not sealed properly.

I called the owner of West Coast Refinishing Tub LLC to show him the damage. When he saw it, he was defensive and had excuses. He refused to take any responsibility.
