Food was extremely overpiced and shockingly bad tasting. One of our items had one of its ingridients changed without the staff notifying us. I didnt even know it was possible to make a curry without any taste. Also, it was an annoying suprise to find put that the "crab" they sell is just really tuna. Oh, but at least they put on the sidd of it some mixed salad and frozen fries from tesco next to it, I guess. Main dieshes go for about 20 to 30, which is laughable considering the flavours and quality. My friends and I all felt sick the next day because of this dinner.

Definitely would avoid haven't recieved my order from March. No communication atall safe your hard earned money shop else where

I've recently bought 4 items from westbeach apparel, all sepreate orders. All orders arrived either before or on the proposed delivery date, adequately packaged in a custom zip lock bag. The last order (placed after hours on a Friday) I had a issue with the ordering process and reached out to their customer service team. I received a response early Monday morning, and by Monday evening a solution to my problem had been made and enacted, all while keeping me updated through email.

Catastrophic experience, can see why they’re going out of business.

Bought 4 items that never arrived. No communication from them whatsoever. Contacted customer service and was met with a confrontational response, as if it was my fault the order never arrived.

Still no refund despite being told it was ‘on its way’

34 days and counting.

Bought jacket and trousers.jacket is great, warm, waterproof, all the good stuff.

Trousers ripped at the crotch on day 3. It was my first time snowboarding so I don't feel I was doing anything crazy to really put them in great strain. They were good trousers just a shame about the quality.

Sent them an email and haven't had a reply.

(Edit) contacted almost straight away and new pair being sent out for free, no hassle. Can't wait to try them out, fingers crossed they do better, but sure I was unlucky with the old ones.

Been wearing Westbeach snow clothes for number of years now. In my opinion, you can’t beat their quality at the price point. Doesn’t matter if you are on a freezing chair lift or waist deep in powder the jackets and pants keep you protected from the elements. Customer service is great too. Would recommend to anyone looking to hit the slopes.

Ordered one of their jackets, it came and was slightly tight when layered up (my fault should have ordered a L). Replaced no problems, prompt communication, replacement jacket was with me within 3 days from them getting my return. Thanks guys

Had to cancel and redo order as I selected wrong size.
Service was speedy and we got it sorted quickly. Refund was done (PayPal obviously took their time refunding it to me - but that’s their problem). Communication was great for me!
Arrived in reasonable time considering postal issues.
Snow trousers were ideal for me and felt very comfy on. Base layers also felt really nice and for the price I was very happy!

Ordered some items 3 weeks ago. Auto fill left out my house number, got in contact as soon as I realised (less than a day). 18 emails it's taken to rectify this and get my order sent out, at first there was very little they could do until the ordered had been sent back from the delivery company. Was advised by customer service to contact parcel force myself to rectify the issue, got no response from parcel force (understandable at Christmas). Westbeach CS then decided they could do something from there side and ammended the address and told it would be delivered 28/12. Didn't arrive, tracking info no longer working. Everyone's out of office for the bank holidays (again understandable). Parcel force get back to me telling me I need to pick a delivery date, no mention of 28/12 I chose delivery for the 4th (next available date) just in time for west beach to get back to me letting me know they have graciously arranged my delivery for the 5th. Now not getting any response from westbeach, but thankfully parcel force got back to me letting me know my package has been lost in the system and they can't help me. Good thing I ordered my clothes a month before I go away, although that means nothing when it's now less than a week and I have no clothes. All understandable issues, problem is pointless customer service

I was worried after I purchased this order, given the poor reviews. But the jacket arrived in 2 days (UK) and although it was lovely, it didn't fit the way I had hoped. I emailed and got a helpful response in under 3 hours will detail on how to return it. A week after returning it, I received my refund. The postage was £11, unfortunately. But overall, I would recommend this company if you are in the UK. You may get stuck with heavy returns delivery fees outside of the UK if you change your mind.

Accidentally placed an order. Emailed within a minute to cancel (on a Sunday). Received email first thing on Monday morning no saying that it can’t be cancelled because it’s already been processed.

Now I need to pay for returns as I don’t want the clothes!

Ordered a coat and pants for my wife. Sizing is definitely off and not true to size... Large fit like a Medium.

Reached out to sort out a return/exchange and were told we had to cover the cost of return. That cost is minimum $100 to ship back to England, not Canada where they claim the company was formed and imply they exist with Canadian maple leafs branded everywhere.

Do NOT order from this scam of a site.

Placed an order for three items and only one arrived.

After several back and forth emails over a couple of MONTHS it was apparent their shipping department is incompetent. They believed to have shipped all items together and did not offer to send out the items or offer a refund.

I've purchased from Westbeach before with no issues and this is my first. They clearly didn't handle it well.

3 months after the original order date I eventually received a refund but it wasn't easy on my part.

Bought boarding trousers... Arrived quickly and loved the quality but they were too long in the leg for my waist so returned them. Got the fastest refund I've experienced so thankyou Westbeach - I recommend.

I bought myself a pair of trousers and jacket, arrived really fast. I accidentally ordered a small trouser and I needed to swap them. Westbeach had no issues with this and all happened swiftly. Great quality too.

I bought a pair of ski trousers and received it very quickly. Very smooth process.
The ski trousers look and feel great. Very happy with the quality and the style.
Great sustainable product. I would purchase again my next skiing clothes.

Westbeach is a great company with great quality kit. The snowboard jacket I bought recently is such good quality and great value for money. Will definitely be buying from here again!

I ordered a 4th avenue sweatshirt and a long sleeve tee (can't remember the type). Love the quality and look of the items. The items arrived quickly and hassle free.

I bought my daughter pants and a jacket for the winter season. After a couple of weeks use the seam of the pants came apart. I have emailed and DM'd with no response in 2 weeks. Thanks from my daughter who is now without proper outdoor pants during the Coldest time of the year. This brand used to be so high quality and reliable - what happened???

Two weeks since the above and I received communication from Westbeach and they took care of the issue completely. My initial review was 1 star, and would be 5 stars but for the time it took. My confidence in this great brand has been restored.
