Beware of the West Brom Smile Centre
On the 20/04/2023 I booked an appointment with the West Bromwich Smile Clinic. The next day I called at 09:00 AM to cancel the appointment which was scheduled for the afternoon. I have requested a refund but they refuse to give me one. Instead, they offered a credit for the money I paid them, but this is not acceptable to me for the following reasons:
1- I am not willing to finance their company.
2- I don't know if and when I may need their services again.
3- I am a pensioner on low income and I really need that money because I already paid for treatment to another dentist.
Beware of pay in advance to this clinic, as you may not receive your money back, and the smile they promise you may turn out to be a headache.
