The Whole House Plumbing stopped up!
Imagine that your house is on septic. It's the weekend, it's 95 degrees in the shade....and none of your toilets, baths, showers, sinks or any of your household plumbing works. You're a single mom with six children, and NOTHING WORKS. My tenants are like family to me, and I was resolved to get this matter solved. One call to West Coast Sanitation, and their crew arrived within the hour in the late afternoon, and immediately began assessing the problem. Within minutes, they came to the terrifying conclusion that a pipe had collapsed UNDER the foundation. The following morning, they arrived early and started digging under the foundation from the outside, and also excavated the septic tank. It was then that they discovered that the septic tank's leach field had failed. They brought out excavators and other assets, pumped out the tank, repaired the damaged pipe, added risers to the septic tank in addition to some more bidirectional clean-outs. Within two days, the family was back to normal. West Coast's crews were very professional, and their office manager Shirley did all the contracts and credit card billing via email. These folks know what they're doing and they get it done. I highly recommend this contractor.
