Broken Couch after 2.5 years

I bought the Harper sectional and have had it for two and a half years. 5 springs across the frame of the couch have broken and no wonder - the staples used to tack everything together are so small and I'm highly disappointed in the quality of this sofa. Customer service is "unable to do anything" because it's not a defect that happened in the first year...what a waste of money and disappointed that they don't stand behind their product.

Do not use this Company

Do not use this company, they operate out of the USA. West Elm Australia are unable to assist. Their delivery service is dreadful. Well, where do I start? I ordered my chandelier in mid September, I am now end of November and no sign of it as yet. When I last rang, the answer I got was that it had been returned and I was going to get a refund. I am praying that happens....I guess I just wait. I am sick of calling DHL international in Sydney and sick of calling West Elm customer service in Kentucky or wherever they are.....all I can do is pray I think.

Try other places first!

Ordered a sofa and desk on 31/10/22 (order number 2622245). Told it would be delivered on 27th November. On that day received a text saying it can't be delivered that day and they will be in touch. No reason given and no word on when it will be delivered. I have phoned customer services, a pleasant lady in the US, who has no idea and says she will email them for me...

The worst experience

They take your money but don’t deliver your furniture. Buy elsewhere.
I have been waiting a year and still no delivery. Regret ++++
