Phoned West end Kia when a problem with my transmission coolant suggested I should have it looked at. Kia Guildford weren't able to look at it for 6-8 weeks and failed to respond to messages or emails. West end couldn't have been more helpful. Checking on me during the diagnostics and then keeping the car to explore further. They called a couple of times to update on progress and then reassured me the work on the transmission system was covered by the Kia warranty. Great service and a good customer experience.
