They are serious about your…

They are serious about your satisfaction. They contacted me BEFORE my order even came, to make sure everything was great. I really appreciate that. On a previous site I purchased from, I contacted them via Email, and have never heard from them. I like feeling like I matter!

I love these boots

I love these boots! I received mine yesterday. They seem well made and although they are a bit big, my orthotics will fit in them perfectly. Delivery to Canada was about 2 weeks.

Great design and fit

Ordered some boots from Westerline - took a while to arrive - fit is good - design is great - however the colour was a lot lighter and more very light tan than his they looked on the picture - I really would have preferred them a darker brown !

This company is first class

This company is first class. In error, I’d ordered the exact same sized boot, placing both boots on a single order as a duplicate. I sent an email to customer service to which they responded within a few minutes, correcting my mistake and refunding me for the 2nd pair. The customer service can make or break a company, but they have me for the rest of my life. Excellent selection too.

The items I bought

The items I bought, handbag and boots are exactly as described, boots true to size, perfect fit and the handbag is lovely! Perfect size for me, I love the decoration and fringe. Postage Norway to Australia was super fast, I could not be happier and looking forward to seeing more items on your site to buy!

Fabulous service ,I cant comment on my…

Fabulous service ,I cant comment on my boots yet ,as not yet received . Im from the UK and by accident I ordered the wrong size , but with a few emails ,plus my order had not yet been dispatched, westerline very kindly are sending me the correct size I wanted UK 6, think I will be getting another pair very soon Cynthia
