Great service from the ITC team. They made suggestions which ticked all the right boxes, and then made the booking experience very smooth. The holiday was tailored to us and was perfect. The great service continued up to and after departure. Couldn’t be more pleased!

Amazing service from Peter Sallis again to find a resort that meets our family needs and taste. Forte village was great we had an amazing time. The whole process with Peter and ITC was simple from start to finish with all the admin and chasing taken care of so we could just turn up and enjoy.

Great service, as always, from the company, and Denise as our contact. Always go above and beyond to help us out . We have specific needs , and every effort is made to accommodate these, and always with a friendly, no problem approach. That's why we have been with the company for 35 years!

A professional service from start to finish. The service agent was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to provide all the information we needed to make our booking which included speaking to the hotel with spacial enquiries, booking accommodation at the departure airport, car parking and arranging flights rot coincides with our desire to fly as direct as possible and with lie flat beds along the way. Well done ITC, we've used you several times in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

I cannot commend Nick Upperton enough.He was given a complex brief first thing in the morning , for a trip to Thailand. By mid afternoon he had responded , we booked in the evening. Having dealt with ITC, on a number of occasions, I should not be surprised but his knowledge and attention to detail were outstanding.

Booked our second trip with Inspiring Travel ( big shout out to Nick Upperton) as our first experience to Japan was so good. Once again Nick has sorted out our adventure with care and speed. He has created an amazing itinerary based on our likes and dislikes and showed his local knowledge brilliantly. Can’t recommend him and Inspiring Travel enough

We had a fabulous two week holiday travelling around Sri Lanka. This was the fourth time that have used ITC to arrange a holiday for us. We were looked after Nikhil who was excellent from beginning to end. All his suggestions enhanced our holiday and the choice of boutique hotels was spot on. The team on the ground were also great. Will definitely be using ITC again and can highly recommend their services.

I was impressed by Peter's service from ITC, he answered all my questions in a timely way, is courteous and also offered the best price out of the 3 agents that I'd talked with. He also followed up before the flight for Barbados landing forms , checked in when we were there and after the holiday was over. Impeccable service from start to finish. Thank you, Peter!

We had the most amazing experience dealing with Inspiring Travel. They organised the most fantastic trip to India for us - we used Nikkil - he was patient and gave us great advice about what to do from start to finish. We were thoroughly spoilt and were made to feel very special everywhere we went. We knew nothing about where to visit and what to see and Nikkil was great with everything. We cannot thank them enough

We have booked many holidays with Peter Sallis from ITC so we knew this would be another wonderful holiday and indeed it was. Peter recommended a fantastic hotel The Excelsior which was a perfect location to explore Dubrovnik and the surrounding area. We had a beautiful room with a terrace overlooking the old town of Dubrovnik.
Peter is always knowledgeable and cares about your holiday. He is always extremely patient when booking taking you through the various options available ensuring that you holiday is tailor made to you personally. All documents are emailed promptly and Peter contacted us prior to departure and during our holiday to ensure everything was going well. I consider this excellent customer service. Thank you Peter. Great service when we thought we were going to need to delay our departure due to a dental problem. They came up with alternative flights etc. Managed to get the dental problem fixed, even at a weekend and went ahead as scheduled. Thank you ITC.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Inspiring Travel, and especially Daisy Liston, for creating the most incredible honeymoon experience for us.

I was planning the honeymoon as a complete surprise and hadn't told my wife-to-be where we were going. From my very first conversation with Daisy, I knew we were in safe hands. She immediately put my mind at ease and made the entire process feel effortless. All I explained was that I wanted somewhere beautiful where we could relax for a few days, enjoy some shopping, and travel business class to make our honeymoon even more special. From that point on, Daisy and the team took care of everything.

The level of service and attention to detail was exceptional. Every aspect of our trip was carefully planned, and it was clear that the team genuinely cared about making our honeymoon unforgettable. From the moment we arrived at Heathrow, we were looked after. Being met by one of their partners to assist with check-in was a fantastic touch and made revealing the surprise destination to my new wife even more memorable.

We flew with Etihad, which was an amazing experience in itself. Unfortunately, due to the conflict involving Iran, I had to cancel our return stopover in Abu Dhabi. This happened quite late in the process, but the team at Inspiring Travel handled everything with professionalism, understanding, and efficiency. What could have been a very stressful situation was dealt with seamlessly, and I am incredibly grateful for their support.

To make matters more challenging, a delayed departure from Heathrow caused us to miss our connecting flight, which affected our seaplane transfer to the hotel. Once again, the team went above and beyond. While we were travelling, they acted quickly to resolve the issue, and after sending just a short email, everything was sorted without any hassle on our part. Knowing that someone was there to help, even while we were away, gave us complete peace of mind.

Daisy's dedication, knowledge, and genuine care made all the difference. She wasn't just helping us book a holiday; she was helping us create memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did, and I am equally grateful to the wider Inspiring Travel team for their outstanding service.

Our honeymoon was everything we had hoped for and more, and that is largely thanks to the hard work, professionalism, and kindness shown by everyone involved. I would wholeheartedly recommend Inspiring Travel to anyone looking to plan a special trip. Seamless holiday taking in Bangkok, Laos and Cambodia. The local agents could not have done more to accommodate us, including additional side trips and excellent restaurant/bar recommendations, tailored to our particular wishes. Inspiring Travel were available when needed and had plotted a route that perfectly built up to a few days in Angkor Wat, before some relaxation in the Gulf of Thailand.

Our trip to India was amazing and so interesting. The itinerary was brilliantly put together by Nikhil Chhibber from the company and tailored to our requirements with such attention to detail. The local support and hospitality that was arranged for us in India was the best we've ever experienced. I can therefore highly recommend the company and in particular Nikhil, who will ensure you will experience the trip of a lifetime!

I had been using ITC for many years prior to COVID usually for vacations in the Caribbean so it was only natural that I went back to them this time and I was not disappointed. I asked Chris Ford to
put a package together including flights flights, a Seabourn cruise and another stay in Barbados and he was outstanding from start to finish with constant , helpful updates in the build up and even during our holiday. Accordingly, I haven’t the slightest concern in recommending ITC and thank you Chris

We have travelled with Inspiring Travel numerous times now, using the sister company Rainbow for our breath taking African Trips and directly with Inspiring for India. In our opinion, having used many of the other major well known travel companies there is none to touch Inspiring for their attention to detail, willingness to get you what you want, where you want and how you want. In particular we have worked with Craig for our safaris and he does a truly wonderful job, squeezing every ounce out of our money to get us the best trip imaginable. For India we have worked with Mr Nikhil Chhibber, and it reflects on no one to say he is in a class of his own. He takes your holiday so personally, perfects everything he can effect and springs the most amazing surprises. Nikhil is always just seconds away on the phone no matter where you are in the world. He needs cloning but it's just not possible. Use this company you will not regret it.
