Western Travels 

First off I did not put in for any kind of traveling after 40 phone calls from this company and me blocking the number each time I receive another call at 8:30am same person and I keep telling him no I did not sign up any where for anything he has the nerve to tell me I forgot just stop CALLING ME NO I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR NOTHING JUST STOP THE ANNOYING FUN CALL

Called me claiming I had signed up for a promotion and had won a vacation package. I never sign up for anything like this. Asked to be taken off their list and they claimed that doesn't apply because this isn't a solicitation. Was called again regardless! What a scam.

Called me claiming I won a vacation package of some mind that I signed up for a long time ago. Had a local area code. Seemed like a scam. Asked if i could call them back later to make a decision on which package to choose. Looked them up and cant find a website. Looks like a scam.

Excellent service. Very efficient. All queries answered immediately by Anthony. He showed great patience in dealing with all my enquiries and always managed to find an answer. The only slight problem was paying by credit card. I would recommend your company.

Finally got my tickets and all is good bit of a plava as I was booking at the weekend so had to wait till Monday for the tickets to come through but the person was berry respectful and reassuring

I had the most stressful weekend booking a ticket. I have bursted into tears as they have pushed my patience.
Wouldn’t return my 100 pound deposit.

I have now learnt to book my own tickets through this situation so won’t be dealing with this travels.

I never gave bad words and they are falsely accusing me . It’s a real eye opener of how they treat and value customers.

Avoid these scammers. I dealt with Antony. He took £50 deposit from my credit card then demanded that I sign a document I was not happy to sign and that I send them copies of credit card, passport and driver's license. I refused and told him I did not want to proceed with the booking, but he refused to refund the deposit, even though booking was not complete and tickets had not been issued.
Additionally, he wanted to charge me £398 for a flight claiming it was the standard price for the airline, but that same day I later booked directly with the airline for only £315.

Very friendly service, some things seemed to take an unnecessarily long time to sort out, but overall a happy experience.

Very helpful & efficient. Easy to contact. The agent kept me in the loop at all times. Would recommend.

Just to acknowledge the excellent customer care received from Mr Anthony recently. His service and attention to detail is amazing. He really took time to go the extra mile to accommodate our request at short notice and needless to say.....ee got a great deal. Many thanks....we are grateful for your service sir.

Constant marketing calls even though I am on TPS.
Pushing and rude Indian callers.

Refuse to remove from their calling list.

Speechless as rudeness and constant (and I mean several every day) harrassment to book with this company.

WORSE THAN 'HAVE YOU HAD AN ACCIDENT'.
