The fact that some of the products don’t apply to the over 50s such as maternity/paternity it really isn’t worth the monthly cost

Its a relatively good experience, however the questions and tick boxes have changed over the last two years. It would have been easy to overlook certain aspects of the claim process. If it aint broke why change it.
