The Grazer can't cut very well at all. I gave it to a friend who was just cutting down some weeds, and she gave it back to me and said, "You should get your money back for this thing." I wrote to the company telling them about my experience with their Grazer tool and asked for my money back; they never responded.

I ordered the Grazer Electric Weedeater and it came in about 50 piece. This is NOT an American made product, as they would have you believe. It was the quality of a child's toy. I attempted to put it together, but couldn't. When I requested a return, the company completely ignored me. I got no response, so I filed a complaint with BBB and stopped payment on my cc. After I filed BBB complaint, they finally sent me a return code. I had to spend over $30 shipping it back. As soon as they received it back, they said my return would be delayed 90 days because I disputed the purchase with the cc company. I told them I would notify others this product is not made in America, due to the quality of the product and the verbiage in the emails. They responded immediately and said they had outsourced their customer service, but that the product IS made in America. I call BS!!

Update: this crap company has received the product in my return. They are now saying it was used and they've included a picture of someone else's used weedeater. They are stating i used this product, when I could not even put it together. I have a witness who was there when I attempted to put it together.

I am furious!!! Never do business with Westfield Retailers!!!

They are thieves!!!! Don't buy from them!!! never answer the phone, neither the email! I wish the police can stop them!

i had ordered vide #WAD623907 DTD ; #WAD623911 ;#WAD623965 IN FEBRUARY AND MARCH....Not received anything, no feedback on my mails and if i chat, the only reply i get is that my order is fulfilled

The only word is HORRIBLE service,no customercare at all....Pls DO NOT pay in advance...I am beginning to wonder whether this is authentic also or not!!

I ordered three bags from Westfield on 1st Dec 2021 and received only two of it that too on 5th Feb 2022. They have a very slow delivery. They should improve their delivery speed. What's shocking is either do they reply to your mails nor does anyone answer their phone. I have begging for an update about the third bag. This is the level of service, that too for a customer who has made the complete payment while booking the product.

They sent a knockoff item and now will not respond to emails to return for a refund. My credit card company is now getting involved. Stay far away from these people. Crooks!

Total scam. They sent a fake tracking number to an item I bought. Currently trying to get my money back. They stopped answering my calls. Don’t buy from them they’re thieves.

I purchased a product, turned out to be the wrong size. I asked for an exchange but unfortunately they didn't have my size so they offered a refund. I had to pay for my own shipping, they used two different emails and formatting, which confused me causing me to cancel the shipment. It had me returning it to a different warehouse that I did not receive it from, one it turned out to be accurate, I had to pay for shipping AGAIN only to not get a full refund and in the end losing over $57 just for being a customer. I do not recommend shopping with them.

I ordered a Saint Laurent sneakers that I loved. Again, my experience with Westfieldstore.com was beyond exceptional; fast shipping, good price, great high brand collections, product and packages arrived in perfect conditions. Definitely one of my fav sites to buy.

I ordered from Westfield and have also visited them at their stores. They have a very slow delivery. But I find their products very good and authentic so it is worth the wait, but they should improve their delivery speed.

I have bought two shoes (a pair of YSL heels, and a pair of Christian Louboutin heels) from westfieldstore.com, worth around INR 40,000 in total.

Firstly, both the products delivered to me were wrong.

Secondly, they are both completely fake! Westfieldstore.com customer service is terrible and they do not respond at all to any emails and calls, I have been trying to get in touch with them for months to return the items.

This is a completely bogus website, with HORRIBLE customer service, and FAKE products. The brands I have mentioned above have not even made the products they have sent me - they have added their own designs to the items! They put up authentic pictures, which they get from the original brand's website, on the westfieldstore.com site, but when you actually receive the products, they are COMPLETELY different.

DO NOT waste your money and time buying worthless products from this website like I did, they are a total scam.
