They could refund money on defective goods and answer emails

Don't buy through this company!!! Worst service ever. I ordered 3 pairs last year, and only received 2 [after waiting months for them to arrive]. Emails took forever to be responded to, then stupid questions asked to delay action. They finally told me they would send the missing shoes, however have not received them 9 weeks later. Emails are now bouncing back to me so obviously have closed down under this name.
Would give 0 star rating!

I was also scammed paid $59.95 + $1.80 Tran fees for plastic horrible sandals...unable to return ...too small not wearable

Yes I also got scammed, ordered 2 pairs of shoes and got a pair that are cheap plastic and fit for the bin only, all contact just bounces back, i bought mine through market place on fb which went through to there site and yes I tried but it no longer exists, have put a claim through my bank to see if they can help, also contacted shopify which the payment went through there but they take no responsibility which just isn,t right

Well looks like I've been SCAMMED like everyone else.
I placed and payed for my order on the 8th January 2023 and to date have received Nothing. I have sent numerous emails, they bounced back then I did get an answer from westhaven customer support apologising and saying that my order would be ready for processing in a couple of days. That was on the 18th January. Still nothing so I've emailed them again today twice and both times bounced back saying it is undeliverable to that address. I have searched the internet for a contact number, nothing. I have even been in touch with Telstra and they couldn't find a listing. This is just disgusting that people are out there blatantly ripping us off. I'm going to contact my bank to see if they can help recover my money. I've never been Scammed in my life and it has left a very bad taste and distrust for any future online purchases. I just won't be making any. Please don't anyone buy anything from this company. Do your research and read the reviews. I wished I had.

The most terrible company. Shoes were disgraceful, incorrect size & quality was shocking. Had to pay $38 to send back to China for 2 pairs cost me $119. Still waiting for a refund from November 2022. They barely answer emails telling me they are still in transit. SCAM for sure. Have nothing to do with them.

THIS A SCAM!!!!! 2 months to get. After waiting 2 months, a fake product arrived, the shoes were huge, made of plastic & look nothing like the photos.

I think this is not a legitimate shop. I never received my goods. I emailed countless times, they replied once saying the goods must have got lost in transit. I think the tracking page is fake also. I wish I read the reviews first.

I ordered 3 pairs and received 2. Very poor quality. Tried to email them but both website and email no longer available. A good lesson learnt. Do not buy anything from Westhaven Sydney

This is a dropshipping store. They are falsely advertising items and the items are a very cheap quality.
Definitely, scamming people. But there is no way to return items. Stay away from this/these crook/s.
There is no return emailing address. No sales, info or support emailing address for them. They seem to be able to send from the sales email address only.

I ordered shoes, absolute rubbish quality delivered, you can't refund or return, cause all their contact us email adresses can not be found..does not exist!! Be warned don't waste your money! Their quality is only good for the rubbish bin!
