Firstly my order was fast. The quality of the hair is good, soft and the it's a full wig. It is what I expected. The wig is pre-cut. I seriously love my wig, thanks West Kiss hair

I don't like the free gift that I received its really ugly and not my color this is my 2nd time not liking my gift first I didn't receive it now this I'm very disappointed

I am truly amaze by WestKiss customer service. The continuous follow up to make sure your package arrive safely is absolutely top tier from the time it leaves their facility until it reaches your hands. Of course I am always happy with their units they are made very well and last a long time. I have tried given other companies a shot, but the units are never as advertised which is extremely frustrating. When you want that 250% density hair which you paid for that extra density , not some 150% density claiming its 250.This has happened to me way too many times. WestKiss has never disappointed. You get what you pay for with WestKiss. If you like that long hair don't care big hair look West Kiss Hair will take care of you.

I ordered 4 bundles of body wave and got it installed as a traditional sew in with leave out. The hair didn’t have a smell and was pretty when it came out of packaging. I washed it and it went right back to the original body wave. The hair blends perfectly with my hair. The only downside is that it doesn’t hold a curl for that long. Other than that, it is perfect 10/10!!!

Will never purchase from this company again. I purchased the wrong length by mistake and needed to exchange the item. Mind you the exchange policy is within 7 days, I’ve spent half of those days going back and forth with them through email. The wig is definitely unused and lace uncut, I sent pictures of that . Then they tried to compensate by sending me $10 credit that’s nothing. I will be buying from Luvme they have better customer and products.

Gurllll I love my wig so much, it’s soft and everything but the lace looks a little white doesn’t matter much tho bc makeup should lover it right up. Haven’t installed it yet but I can’t wait

I ordered a 24” 13x6 frontal wig for my birthday from Westkiss and as usual the hair was so soft and pretty. No shedding, super full and definitely true to length. Customer service is always impeccable as well

I got my products probably a little over a week after I purchased and I am absolutely in love! The quality is perfect, no weird smells, easy to maintain and my hair is just perfect!

Westkiss has fast shipping! I have never had a problem with my hair. No smell ,minimum shedding,super soft! Would recommend to anyone. The wigs also have two bands inside for a super snug fit (I have a very small head )
