I can't recommend Westmancoat Plumbers enough, especially our plumber, Harrison. After losing our hot water, I rang Westmancoat on Monday, and the issue was completely resolved by Wednesday.

Harrison was brilliant. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly respectful of our property, taking his shoes off and putting dust sheets down straight away. He really listened to the problem and quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the solution—something the previous plumber from a National Company we had a contract with had failed to do.

The job involved breaking through a concrete floor to replace the faulty pipework. Harrison worked efficiently and had the whole thing done, including neatly repairing the concrete and relaying the laminate flooring, in just two hours. He left the place so tidy, we wouldn't have even known he'd been here if it weren't for the return of our hot water!

If you need a reliable, skilled, and professional plumber in the Exmouth area, I would certainly recommend Westmancoat and Harrison.

Our combi boiler was not firing up and was not producing hot water. Jack and Ollie arrived within the booked time frame. I thought their interaction with us (shivering) old biddies was very good. After a thorough examination of the boiler they identified the fan not working, acquired a new one and it was quickly fitted. Heating tested. Everything left clean and tidy. We particularly appreciated that Westmancoat could fix our problem within a few days of ringing them.

Carl (the manager at Westmancoat (I assume)) has always been very helpful, responsive and communicative. Ive booked Wesmancoat for a few jobs now and chaps who come are always very polite, tidy and knowledgeable, Great company.

Jack from Westmancoat recently serviced our boiler which Westmancoat installed for us 12 months ago. As with all Westmancoat staff he was very professional, thorough, polite and helpful. We have been customers of Westmancoat for a number of years and have always been very pleased with the service we receive and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Good, friendly service

I have used this Company many times over the years, for various matters and for family members. I have always found them extremely helpful, friendly and professional, from the office staff to the ‘guys’ on the frontline. Their ‘can do’ attitude is to be applauded and if they can help in any way, they will. They are so sought after locally, that they may not be able to respond immediately…. but if they can….they will. I don’t have to look any further than this company.

Quick and efficient

Westmancoat are our go to local company as the service we receive from them is always 5 star! We have had our gas boiler serviced by them every year since they originally installed it and the boiler has performed perfectly over the many years. Jack their engineer was timely, very pleasant and thorough.

From the outset the quote provided by Jack was clear and unambiguous which gave us the confidence to go ahead with the project. The two engineers (Harrison and Max) were first class and completed the task with no disruption or impact on us. They were always checking that everything was going to plan and on completion left the place spotless. Based on the quality of work and great customer focus we have no problem recommending Westmancoat and will no doubt use them again.
