Ordering online was simple. I ordered as a guest because I do not have an account. I received the confirmation email with the correct information.

However, I received the wrong shade. I then took a picture of the incorrect shade and a picture of the confirmation email and submitted an email to customer service but they could not find my account or transaction. It was the 4th of July weekend, so I did not pursue further until Monday. I called customer service on Monday and was told I would receive the correct shade. I believe the item is on the way.

Love the product but shade should have been a little darker

I am super disappointed in West Moore beauty. When they say no questions, ask, moneyback guarantee, it is not true. I ordered a shade of body perfector makeup. It was the wrong shade, so I did an exchange for a better shade. I like the shade very much, but despite following the directions, explicitly it just wore right off instantly and left bald areas wherever my skin touched something. When I ordered my second color, I assumed the 30 days for the return policy would start again for me to try the new color. It does not. I was stuck with the product that doesn’t work a very expensive brush, special soap to remove the makeup and the mitt to buff out the color. Stuck with all of it. Moneyback guarantee is a lie.

The product had much less ounces for same price.

I have trouble with it transferring to my clothing...I have waited for at least 10 minutes...probably longer to buff off. For me..this is just for Sunday morning church service...anything but pantyhose. I am also having dry skin...since you can't use anything with oils...most lotion has some kind of oil...it takes it off....streaky. I like it for a few hours and then it starts to make my skin look dry.

No transfer! No pantyhose! No veins! No scars! No problems! Actually looks better the second day. I applied before bed to see if it would transfer. I woke up to beautiful legs ready to go!
I’m very impressed.

The Body Coverage Protector, did make my skin look great….however…. it left terrible stains on my white tennis skirt and white sheets. I followed all of the directions….applied, waited 10 minutes before getting dressed. I did not wash off before sleeping that night and my white sheets are ruined with brown stains that will not wash out even after two washings. I never write reviews but wanted to warn people. Sorry, but I would not recommend this product.

The products are phenomenal!

This self tanning cream really works! You can even apply lotion on top of it without smearing. It does not rub off on sheets or socks or clothing. I’m not sure how it works if there’s perspiration, but a daily gentle shower did not remove it either!

I bought natural radiance and it has a slight peachy orange tinge at first, but under sunlight has slight shimmer or glittery appearance. I used rubber gloves in a washcloth to buff it out.

And ordered a body brush for a blurry finished edge along ankles and thighs

Didn't recieve ANYTHING I ordered and customer service has been giving me the run around for TWO WERKS still no refund

I do love when they make it a coupon item. It makes a little more affordable. I love this stuff, but I do wish it didn’t have such a shine to it.

I love the Body Make-up. My daughter told me about it. I loved how it made my legs look slightly tanned and very smooth. It did not rub off or sweat off. Love it and highly recommend everybody give it a try. You will not be disappointed!!!! I later ordered the body polish and cream gel. It all works so well. together.

It covers all the imperfections on my legs. Love how it doesn't transfer and gives me an even looking tan.

Great coverage and looks natural

I have found it finally!! I am very pale and in my youth I wanted a tan like my friends. I spent many years worshiping the sun but I still never looked like any of my friends. I have searched for many years for a "tan in a bottle" but to no avail. I now suffer from repeated occurrence's of squamous cell skin cancer and could have cried when I first tried your product!! NO one can tell that I haven't been basking by the seaside!! PLEASE, don't ever stop making this stuff! I have turned many of my age group friends onto this product!! I am trying all the other products as well, one by one!!

I ordered the wrong color and immediately reached out. I returned for an exchange in color. When I received it the body brush and free gift were gone. I never opened the original box as I immediately returned for an exchange in color only.
