This company is not real, it’s a scam and rips people off. When I received what I ordered it looked as though it was made by a child with no tags in an unmarked box from China, not the UK as they advertised. To return the awful item they requested me to pay $40 to return it to China and with no agreement to refund what I paid. I refused and my bank has refunded the cost of the purchase.
AVOID THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS
I was sent a damaged piece of clothing. Instead of offer to replace of refund the customer service representative offered me a voucher for discount on another purchase. I have sent two follow up emails and there has been no response whatsoever.

This website is a scam - it purports to be in London and about British heritage - quality.
There is no Weston & Hyde in the UK - it is China based.
I have just received the jumper and is very poor quality.
I bought it because the website says you could return it within 30 days - but I have just found out that I have to return it to China and they charge $40 if I return it - and will only refund the value of the jumper if it fits all their criteria and you can bet your bottom dollar that they will find some reason why it doesn't!
I received my product pretty quick and the customer service is great, really nice and helpful!
Absolutely disgraceful customer service have requested a return procedure and after two weeks having got anywhere do not purchase anything from this organisation cheap horrible products

Advert on Facebook and Instagram shows lovely cat sculptures but what arrives from China is nothing like it. Asked to return and just get an email offering 50% off other items. Will be starting charge back from my credit card
