I love your products, but ...

I love your products. I am ordering regularly. Sometimes it will help, to talk with a employee, not only reordering on your shop. Particularly regarding new products. And i am missing Westpack on jewellery trade shows to "touch" your products.

They use fedex to deliver the boxes and fedex are completely useless.
The boxes are never delivered on time, sometimes it can take weeks to get them.

Thank you for your feedback - however I am very sorry to get the feedback based on the delivery company experience. I know this a part of the full experience and this part we can definately do somehting about.

I hope you will contact me becuase we can make sure, that you will not have delivery from Fedex anymore, if this does not work for you - then we can disconnect this transporter as a possibility on your account and find another transporter, that provides the service you expect.

In general I will though say, that we deliver many packages with Fedex and overall has a very good delivery experience and feedback from our customers, so I am very sorry to hear your story on this.

I hope that the products and service from Westpack is ok and you have good experiences on this part.

stingy seller

We purchase jewelry boxes worth several thousand dollars each year. When I request a few samples to be included with our order, I am asked to pay $22.

Okay, the amount isn't so much the issue, but we never receive a discount or anything else. Now, we're asking for samples to see the colors we'll be using next year, and there's still no commercial gesture.

I'm not sure we'll keep Westpack as our supplier. You see, you saved €22, but you're going to lose €6,000 in revenue!

Thank you for your feedback - though I am of course very sorry you see it this way.

We offer samples to our customers on most of our products. We print the logo on most of the products as well - it can be with Westpack logo or with your own logo.
Right now we also send the logos freight free to most countries.

Therefore we are taking a small surcharge for the samples. The cost is much less than the production and shipping cost - it is a product service we offer, as we know a lot of customers are asking for this service.
We often send them same day as you order them so you can decide very fast.

We appreciate all our customers and offer the best possible prices for our products - we also offer different prices based on the quantity you buy.

We do not have many special discounts - this is correct. We believe the product quality, low MOQ, fast delivery and good customer service are the most important factors doing business.

I really hope we will not loose you as a good customer based on this. We are of course also interested in finding good ways to save costs for you - could be based on special productions, other products etc.

can't find you in our system, so I hope you will contact me directly so we can talk about your experience and hopefully "get back on track" together.

All was good exept for delivery

All was good exept for delivery; you are carrying it and waiting for it. FedEx first notifies about delivery of the day by email, then doesn't deliver; and late, in the evening write it will be delivered next day. And it's been over a week now.

Some creases but fast and very helpful assistance

We really appreciate the prompt reaction. The assistance was very polite and has been in contact with us until the process was finally going on.
Unfortunately, even though the small paper bags were packed very tight and clean, some of them could not be used for giving as a present any more. They had various creases. But all the other looked fine and brought a lot of joy...

I received a discount code in an email

I received a discount code in an email. When I placed the order, it turned out to be invalid (a Westpack employee had to enter it). But that wasn't the worst part. I specifically requested that the shipment be held until I returned from vacation and could collect the order. Westpack assured me there was no problem, as the package wouldn't arrive that quickly anyway. Then, two days after ordering, the package arrived in Poland, but there was no one to collect it! It sat in the courier's warehouse for several days and arrived with damaged packaging (I have photos). The quality of the boxes is excellent (I've been using them for years), but the customer service and attention to customer requests are very poor.

Thank you for your feedback - however I am very sorry you had this experience.
I know we did our best to fullfill your request sending it on a date where it should be delivered in the week you are looking for.
However in this specific case the delivery only took 2 days - sometimes it takes between 4-5 days. So delivery was much faster than expected, which is normally positive - but not in this case. I am of course sorry you experienced this service to be poor.
Damaged packaging from the distribution is not ok - this we will always handle with the transport company, that helps deliver the boxes.
I am glad you like the products and I also know my colleagues have contacted you by mail to help with this matter.

Frankfurt jewelry boxes

I ordered the Frankfurt jewelry boxes and I couldn’t be happier with them. Customer service was super helpful, we adjusted my logo on the boxes a few times before printing it. Also delivery was fast.

I am a new customer to Westpack and I am so pleased with the quality of the boxes that I ordered. The ordering process was straightforward, the delivery exceptionally quick (Denmark to Scotland) and when I did have a query (there wasn't anything wrong - I was just needing clarification on something), Jette responded promptly and was very helpful.
