From contact to approval in 24 hours. Some other companies were taking days between responses, and it was very frustrating. These guys have been the best so far design wise!

Insanely fast production and shipping! I ordered my custom canopy and received the frame in two days from order date and the printed canopy in less than a week. Literally received a complete canopy in six days. Very impressed with the quality of the canopy and the customer service/overall experience. I’d recommend Westshade to anyone. Thank you.

Easy Process

Westshade has been very easy to work with. Their communication is excellent, and I'm quite impressed with their customer service (it's a lost art these days). They were quick to design a canopy tent of our dreams and were very upfront with pricing, etc. We liked that there were tiers of pricing to choose from. I'm sure we'll work with Westshade for future projects!

I've ordered 2 tents from them and they look more expensive at first, but then you realize the cheaper company is giving you a lot less design/printing options, so the other companies end up being several hundred dollars when they aren't even printing on the whole canopy. Ended up having 2 way better tents that people were really impressed with for less money. I've also found their customer service is very quick to email back when I have an issue/question.

Process made veery easy, was ble to mtatch CMYK, as thery dont do RGB. We havetwo 10 x 10 tents coming so will see if poduct mtaches the experience
