After contacting the firm at 8am a worker named George turned up about 10.30 am on the same day.
George removed the pipe blockage in a short time then carried out a CCTV scan to find out why we have a ongoing problem.
He explained everything, showing me the cctv findings and what options were available to us to remedy this problem.
First class service from an efficient and professional young man and West Wales Waste ltd.
Would highly recommend this firm.

Drained our pit and installed a new pump. Professional and timely.

I called and they came out the very next morning, even though it was Saturday, and to my huge relief got the drains cleared and fine. I highly recommend them.

Local rep responded and contacted us rapidly, and having explained our situation he went over and above to help : arranged call out soonest
Engineer who attended: wonderful, friendly and professional, extremely thorough and ensured problem completely fixed before leaving

Absolutely fantastic service! Above and beyond what one would expect. Came out at very short notice, sorted everything for me and fixed the problem with the drainage issue. Friendly and knowledgeable, would highly recommend.
Can't fathom why their rating on here is less than 5 stars, as both I and the other customer before me seems to have done only 5 star reviews, so that's weird. Check their gmaps reviews tho, it looks much more comprehensive.

West Wales Waste Ltd responded quickly to our blocked drain. They were efficient and friendly. The price for clearing the drain and reporting the issues with it was reasonable. I hope they will also be able to repair it!
