Bought a jacket from West wind as the one I was looking for was out of stock everywhere else in Sweden. Was a bit weary at first as I had never heard of the company before but due to overall good reviews here, I went with it. I placed the order on a Monday evening and picked up the jacket at my local postal service on Thursday evening, i.e. it took only three days which is great - especially considering it was an international parcel! Further the West wind customer support was very quick and informative in their response when I wrote them an e-mail to ask for my tracking number.
